Me and my friends first time coming here for breakfast, and it was a great experience. I called about an hour before meeting some friends and was told there was no wait time. They took my name for a party of three at 10 a.m., and when we arrived, we were seated right away. At first, after parking, I wasn't sure where the restaurant was located since it's tucked away in a corner. They have outdoor seating in the front, which is where you enter the restaurant. The outdoor area was so cute, and the inside was even better we were seated by tree and artwork behind us. There were plenty of options on both the drink and breakfast menus. I ordered the eggs Benedict, and my friends ordered the Chile Verde Burrito and French toast along with a mimosa. Everything we ordered was delicious, and we all really enjoyed our meal.

Not my first time here. I keep receiving coupons to bring me back and am never disappointed. We always sit outside because it's serene and cool enough to do so and much quieter than inside. Waiters/waitresses are always kind and engaging like an old friend. Food is always well presented and delicious! We asked to speak to manager to rave about our waitress. They only hear complaints so we wanted to offer good reviews for a change. Instead we got the owner, Sam! Very kind and had a great conversation with him. Found out this place has been here 26 years!!! They'll celebrate 27 in September!! Congratulations!!

This place never lets us down. My girlfriend and I love the breakfast here. Always cooked to perfection. The quality and quantity of our meal is well worth the low price. The atmosphere is soothing and warm at the same time. I really enjoy seeing all the servers walking around and asking the customers if they're doing good or need anything else. Props to our server Robert. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Fresno Breakfast house has been around for decades and for some reason I never made my way over to try it. The opportunity finally presented itself when I was in the shopping center getting my toes done. I'm fond with the exterior- it is so lush with lots of foliage and a beautiful fountain upon walking in. As far as the interior goes, it is quite dated but bright and airy. There was a pianist playing live and I thought that was a nice touch. Service was OK. Upon entering, the gentleman just awkwardly stared for a few moments and then proceeded to say someone would help us but nobody did? Finally a busser told us to have a seat and he would advise the server. A young lady came around and she was pretty neutral in her demeanor. Not really bubbly or cheery. I actually didn't opt for breakfast because they have clubs sandwich here and that's one of my faves. It was generously stacked on toasted sourdough and the beer battered fries were hot and fresh. I enjoyed my food. Their pricing is above average. I would definitely like to come back for some mimosas and breakfast options even though service is a little off.

Fresno Breakfast House is such a cute, welcoming spot. The decor alone makes it worth a visit--the faux trees inside add a cozy, warm touch that makes the space feel inviting rather than rushed. It does get very busy and packed quickly, so service can be a little slow at first--but once you order, the food comes out surprisingly fast. And it's absolutely worth the wait. The portions are generous. I ordered from the lighter side of the menu and got a crepe stuffed with eggs and topped with hollandaise sauce, plus a side. Even that was a lot of food. The menu offers options with two crepes, but honestly, one is more than enough--especially since sides like hash browns or fruit are included. The breakfast menu is diverse and well thought out. There's a small lunch menu, but that makes sense--breakfast is clearly what they do best. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great breakfast spot in Fresno with big portions, cozy vibes, and solid food.

Cute breakfast spot tucked away in the corner of a plaza. It was a nice morning so we sat in the patio. Love the greenery! Boyfriend ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs. I got the French toast combo. Service was quick. Food was amazing. The only issue with eating outside are flies. Besides that, everything was pretty great. Big portions. I would definitely eat here again.

Lighter-side menu...half-waffle, one egg (scrambled well-done, as requested), two strips of bacon. Perfect!

In Fresno for the weekend and needed a solid breakfast spot -- Fresno Breakfast House absolutely delivered. Easy 10-15 minute drive from downtown, great patio, plenty of seating, and a lively vibe (there's even an attached bar). Nice touch: the hostess grabbed our drink order right away, and our server Marissa was super-friendly, efficient, and spot-on with recommendations. Big win is their "lighter side" menu -- half portions like eggs Benedict or a half waffle with egg and bacon if you don't want a food coma. Food came out fast, everything was well prepared, and both the mimosa and Bloody Mary were on point. Great food, great service, relaxed atmosphere -- definitely worth the stop.

Came in hungry and left muy feliz! I had the chorizo and eggs with beans flavor was on point and the portion was solid. The fresh fruit came stacked cute (bonus points for presentation), and don't sleep on the roasted jalapeño and lemon on the side they added the perfect kick. As for drinks? That strawberry margarita was giving brunch vibes! Sweet, tangy, and strong enough to make me wanna order another. Service was quick and friendly, and they kept checking in on us. Definitely one of my go-to spots for a cozy, flavorful breakfast with a little flair.

Came in and this place is cute!!! I love all the plants. The staff and service was excellent and I had a great time at our company party. However as cute as the place was most of us didn't like our food. I did the chili verde burrito with no eggs add refried beans. It was pretty flat and skimpy for 20 dollars. It came with a side of potatoes that were unflavored. I got gravy to put on top and that was also not flavored. I want to try again maybe and see if I liked lunch cause the 2 people who did get lunch liked their food.

Coming here is so nostalgic for me considering I have had breakfast here over so many years of my life. So when i got the chance to come back again recently I was very excited. Since it had been a while i must of forgot how delicious it is. Service was excellent, food was perfect and honestly the decor is so cute. It is such a good go to breakfast that you'll want to add to your rotation!

    So good!

Wow! Came here cause friends highly recommend n wow. Impressed! Had the chili verde omelet (I don't care for eggs) lol but thought I give it a try. Hella bomb! The chili verde alone was and the hashbrowns! Omg toasted n crispy on top and bottom!! Mimosas hit that spot! A little pricey for breakfast but worth it! Service was great! Definitely goin back!

Whether you are getting omelette, French toast, or pancakes, the food is always delicious! Came on a Saturday morning around 10am, we waited for about 10 minutes before we were seated. The pianist played throughout our breakfast-- which Id say really is a nice touch. My husband and I ordered the Pancake Combo to share. And the pancakes here are absolutely delicious, and fluffy. So good! All in all, such a great breakfast spot!

Our favorite breakfast spot! It's always a little loud in here but still the best breakfast spot in town with a full bar area too! Service is always great and food items and choices too! Besides the full bar they also have awesome signature cocktails as well.

Everyone was so nice, Jessica…read moreespecially was super attentive, our coffees were always full, our food came out at a decent time and it was still nice and hot and she was so friendly throughout our time here, so Jessica if you ever see this, Thank you so much, we appreciate you! We happened to be in the area today with a failed trip to Lithia Ford for a car repair. We both were hungry and needed to choose between breakfast or Mexican food, we flipped a coin and the coin chose breakfast. I'm glad it did, cause right when we were heading towards another breakfast spot, we made the quick decision to just choose what was nearby. It's a restaurant name we've heard of, but haven't been, so we opted to give it a try. I'm so glad we did! Because the food was amazing and the service just as much! Parking lot was full but not too crazy, that luckily came after we were seated. Inside was nicely themed to Louisiana Bayou with gators and cute signs with quotes and a big tree in the seating area with sound effects of bugs from the swamp. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed with a nice greeting from one of the busy waitresses who let us know we would be seated in a moment. Our server Jessica came up with a smile and a warm welcome and had us follow her to our booth. We both started off with coffee and browsed the menu, this menu had some usual fair but definitely stayed in the theme of the restaurant with Louisiana cuisine, like andouille sausage as a breakfast meat choice. I went with their "Hucks Platter" which is 3 eggs anyway you want, choice of potatoes or hashbrowns and you can choose between a couple varieties of meats, steak, chicken fried steak, sausage, bacon and andouille. It also comes with a choice of side, being toast, homemade biscuit or their huckleberry bread? I played it safe and went with the white toast. I also went with the bacon cause I love me some bacon! It was hickory smoked and my goodness it was cooked to perfection! My whole meal was cooked perfectly! I truly appreciate the cooking staff for doing such an amazing job during a busy morning. Jess chose the Banana Foster French Toast and my goodness! It looked just as good if not better than the picture. It was loaded, thick and comes with a side of eggs and your choice of meat. She loved the French toast, she's never had Bananas Foster before but she said it was decadent, sweet and had a nice caramelized flavor. Would recommend and also get it again! We paid, "with tip" around $57, which isn't bad for most breakfast spots now a days. Especially when you're getting this kind of food quality and service. We never went without a fresh hot cup of coffee and a nice check in from Jess or one of the other servers to pick up a plate or ask us how we're doing. I do apologize for no pictures, when the food came out, it looked so good we just dug right in! We both would absolutely come back and eat here again if we're in the area or back in Fresno looking for a breakfast spot. If you're in and or from here, you should definitely make this your go-to breakfast spot!

Very late review, 2 months late…read more I went with my niece and a couple friends one Saturday morning. No reservation so we waited a good amount of time but it wasn't so long that it was unbearable. Very cute waiting area. I didn't expect it to look as... modern? as it did? I'm not sure what I expected it to look like but it was nice inside. Staff was suuuper friendly. Every single one we spoke to. Considering how busy they were (constant flow of traffic/customers)... I appreciate that they can still smile and make you feel welcomed. I ordered the OG French Toast, my niece got the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwich on a Croissant. I can't remember what my friends ordered. Portions are very good. We could have easily split a plate (my niece and I) and be okay. Classic American breakfast. Everything was good/satisfying. We all enjoyed our meals. I also got their Brown Butter Iced Coffee-- saw one of the guys that worked there drinking one behind the counter and asked what it was, lol. I can't say it was the best coffee drink I've ever had but it was still pretty good. Not strong though. Though I've written a raving review, when it comes down to the food, it's not the best breakfast I've had around Fresno. It would not be a first choice for me personally but I also wouldn't mind coming back if my friends wanted to. Plus, there's so much more to try on their menu so it's not fair to judge overall food off one visit. For now, they are a solid 4.
