After sitting outside, I noticed other customers enjoying their drinks in ceramic mugs, which would have made the experience feel much more like the cozy coffee shop I was hoping for. It's a small detail, but those little touches can make a big difference, especially for first-time visitors. The bread was too salty and what was worse was that there was an ant that crawled on my dad's bread. When consulting the waiter about it, she jsut looked at us deadly and said, "so what do you want me to do about it?" The natural response would be to get us another bread but we just ended up sitting there for five minutes as the ant kept crawling on the bread. Overall the food was not too salty, but the lobster was a tad dry and hard while everything else was okay. The poor customer experience left us not feeling satisfied but we appreciated the managers response to the seating.
