Last night, I went in late (7:30 pm) and they still had friendly staff and a great selection. The bakery radiates positivity with cute ambiance, very clean atmosphere, and the fun seasonal decorations that always pair well with their special seasonal recipes! The Flagship (chocolate chip cookie) is a must, with the right balance of dark, milk, and semisweet chocolate, a touch of toffee, perfect chewy melt-in-your-mouth texture, and the dusting of sea salt to finish it off. Anything from here is great, but the lemon bars, chocolate and carrot cupcakes, and apricot scones are personal favorites. There are even a few bistro tables outside to eat at with your dog! 11/10, must stop spot if you are in Paso and searching for something sweet! read more

In the past few weeks we have purchased vegan berry cobblers and were very disappointed. They were anything but just baked. They were cold and either soggy or like today cold burnt and very hard. The other pastries are good. The owner reached out to us today and was not aware of the problem with the berry cobblers and appreciated the review because it made her aware of the problem which was a product problem from her supplier. We very much appreciate her timely response and the fact that she cares about her customers satisfaction. We will be returning to her bakery. read more

Just Baked did it again!!!! Weekend trip to Paso but stopped in at night and tried completely different pastries than in the past (alas, no monkey bread was served). The line was out the door and we ended up taking sweets to go and even though we ended up eating them the next day they were just as phenomenal (cookie dough cupcake, ginger cookie and chocolate chip toffee cookie were FABULOUS with perfect blends of sweet and salty ... still trying to make enough room to try the beautiful frosted sugar cookie). Tried to call in an order to pick up in 2 days, was told to use their website. Website doesn't allow picking out an assortment of cupcakes. Drove all the way into town to order in person since it's a special birthday, I paid for a dozen and a HBD sign. Then I tried to gave them my assortment choices. I asked for a few chocolate raspberry (from their list of flavors), was told thats a mistake and it's a speciality flavor (not mentioned on their site) and that I'd have to order it online and it would take days. Then staff went into the back and came back saying it wouldn't be available raspberry are out of season. I showed them their site and where it lets customers order and pick up a dozen of chocolate raspberry cupcakes today. They told me thats a mistake too, I could only order from the flavors in their display- 4 flavor options? Really disorganized and staff doesn't know where their order sheets are, what's in their counter drawers, what their website offers, or that the website offers same and next day pick up. I had to cancel the order, they promised me I'd get a refund- but they didn't give me a refund receipt. Looking at my purchase receipt I realize now they over charged me for the birthday sign. Still waiting on a refund. Regret the tip that they probably won't refund either. Basically I drove into town for bratty service and to "donate" money for nothing. By the way I went to Vons to make my own chocolate raspberry muffins and they have a whole display of raspberries for sale- guess they are in season. read more
