They were very courteous and detailed and friendly in their ascertation of the problem, which was due to the grout cracking and water getting through. Simply said, Sam is the best. I had a drain problem in my house where waste from the kitchen sink was backing up in one of the showers. Not good, and I needed a fix. Called Sam up who was courteous and extremely professional answering all of my questions and concerns. He came over one hour after we spoke on the phone and assessed the problem. He gave me several options from doing a quick snake fix to replacing the original 70-year-old pipe that was most certainly the cause of the blockage. He had an associate come out and assist in replacing the old pipe and installing the new the same day. I placed a quote request on yelp at 1pm and Sam responded immediately, and was able to come out by 4pm clear my clogged kitchen drain. Our prior plumber never really cleared the drain properly. He suggested that the drain be hydrojetted vs. snaked due to the years of greasy build up that we had in there.
