Our lanai needed two new outdoor fans and we were NOT about to try and install them ourselves. Just Fans has a great selection and super friendly, knowledgeable owners. They helped set up an electrician to come out and install within a week. Phil provided excellent customer service and we will definitely be seeing them again for our indoor fans. I got 2 fans. One for the living and one with a light for my office. Living room is making grinding noises on and off. I told them my needs and wants and sales person came up with two fabulous fans. Much better quality than at the big stores and very reasonable prices. They know their business and answered all of our questions. We were very impressed. You don't get that at the big stores. At first wasn't happy with Chris, the man who helped us with the purchase, as he was quite stand-offish. Purchased a few fans from here over the years. But I am giving a good four star review because any time we have had issues with our fans, either Chris or anybody else took our call, has without hesitation, come to our aid and either installed a new one or fixed the issue - no questions asked, no fees. Goes to show - even if the sales experience is not a 100%, if a co. provides good customer service even after the sale is complete, they'll have a loyal clientele w/referrals & longevity. All right now ok - if you don't put out they don't get out - know what I'm sayin'? Just cause they say "Just Fans" that don't mean they just carries fans only and if'n it do - well, what kinda fans we talking here my homies (peace out) ...some of my best friends are fans of assorted sporting aficionado assemblages known as teams and last I checked you ain't no you ain't got any of them in some Floridian strip mall no way uh uh. All that said this place has a bunch of fans and they can fix you up with an install along the ceiling lines . When the southern winds go whoo hoo warm-like and then the wind cries Mary? Had a problem with our 5 year old ceiling fan running slow. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor. He showed me how to remove it. I brought it back and he reassembled it. All for 17 bucks. Great service. read more

i read the previous ambivalent reviews and don't understand them. our experience was nothing but positive. we needed to replace 2 large ugly fans in a house we just bought. we looked at home depot, loew's, online, and then just fans. although they're a little more expensive, the selection is great and we quickly found 2 modern fans in the color we wanted. jonathan was great--even told us that since we were buying 2 we got 10% off (which we were completely unaware of). they even arranged to have the old ones removed, and the new ones installed. skip the box stores and go straight to this store instead. read more
