She called in the morning to say we could bring her earlier if we wanted to since she had a cancellation, which worked out great for us. She was groomed from about 9:30-12:30 so she really took her time with her. Nova is a little skittish during grooming and it takes someone with experience and great patience to be able to succeed. ;) She was very sweet with Nova from the beginning and by the end Nova seemed to like her which is amazing on its own. The cost seemed very reasonable at around $150 after tip with the first time discount, so that was a bonus since I didn't know about the $15 off for first timers. Thank you Bri for giving Nova a fresh look for her birthday. :) She will be back!
