So I went to pick up my Tiffany necklace that broke I have worn it every day for three Years I was home and playing w my sisters dog And her paw caught the chain and it broke I ended up fixing it myself and it was so hard but i wanted it done by a jeweler so it was back to the way it was when I first got it I brought it to this location that had fixed my boyfriends chain I brought it to him Tuesday he says is Thursday okay and I was like yeah sure I don't need it soon whatever 1. He never calls me Thursday and I called and left a vm 2. I get a vm today and it's ready okay cool 3. Drive to Irvine to pick me co up my necklace 4. Get handed necklace 5. Immediately can see where it was soldered together (they are suppose to use silver bc that's what my necklace was so you should never be able to see where it was broken and fixed 6. The part where it was fixed was literally black. 7. I put necklace on and 7a. The black part where it was fixed stands out against the silver and looks terrible 7b. The pendant is backwards. So it's just the silver back of the heart. 8. I point out the backwards heart pendant and he's like okay just come back tomorrow no worries! (No worries buddy? I drove 20 min here for no reason okay....) I leave and don't say anything 9. After thinking how unhappy I am with the job I calmly go inside and tell him, hey man not for nothing but the necklace repair doesn't look good it's black where you fixed it, and I came all the way here and you say no worries but yeah sure it was kind of a waste of time for me, and the pendant is backwards and I don't understand how that happens 10. He says NO ONE WILL SEE IF ITS BACKWARDS ANYWAY SO *shrugs* 11. I'm like... what? Yes... they would? And I'm sorry I've never had a chain fixed like this but I know that you shouldn't be able to see where it was fixed 12.We argued for like ten minutes and then he offered me a 10% discount 13. I was like... are you out of your mind? You wasted my time, the chain is damaged, and it's poor craft 14. He takes PLIERS AND CUTS THE CHAIN AND SAYS TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE 15. I'm like... I'm not.. Taking that with me.... Until it's fixed 16. He agrees to do it "better" and I ask why he didn't do it right in the first place but I'm like K see you tomorrow 17. I tell My boyfriend and we both agree he's an idiot and he goes back in and takes the necklace back and is like I heard what you said to My girlfriend you should he proud of your work but this is a terrible way to handle a bad business job 18. I now have my necklace, still broken and in worst condition than when I brought it in the first time he damaged it beyond repair. read more

This is way overdue but better late than never my wife and son came here last Christmas and bought me a seiko ssc701 I was surprised and happy with the gift but thinking to myself if its legit since the tag and box doesn't have the model number so I told my wife to go back and ask for the tagging instead the owner filled up the warranty card it was nice of him and we do owes him an apology.
