Since my first review I've eaten here many times. Would just like to update because I truly like this place! The woman that works in the drive through is very efficient, friendly, great customer service! I get the Greek chicken with every order I put in. It always good, but sometimes it's REALLY good. Seems to be a different cook because when it was REALLY good the sauce had bits of garlic you could see and the bottom of the box had sauce you could dip that delicious pita in and boy was it good! Yesterday I ordered and there was barely any sauce and I just want to taste those Greek seasonings more! The side salad is good, I usually get no dressing on it. Yesterday I asked for dressing and I didn't realize it, they don't give it to you on the side, just put it right on the salad. I always have leftovers which I eat later but now I had to throw it out because it was a soggy mess. So make sure to ask for it on the side! Kabob sandwiches outstanding with that diced up topping being what sets it apart with big chunks of beef/chicken that have an almost smoky flavor! Thank you Just Kabobs! The beef was pretty much raw and we love our steaks medium but this was seriously raw... grew up in bartlett so I've had their st Charles location countless of times and it's always been great and cooked all the way. First of all, if a restaurant is not clean, I refuse to eat there, and Just Kabobs is spotless! It's new and serves fresh Mediterranean food. I ordered the Chicken Kabob, and Gyros plates. The servings are more than enough and the meat is served over Rice Pilaf and Roasted Potatoes. They serve it with a salad, (house dressing was delicious), and 4 wedges of fresh, warm pita bread. Everything was seasoned well. It's my new favorite place for fast, fresh, and healthy food. Prices are great too. read more

I am extremely impressed with this establishment. Bought two dinners for my family of four and it's more than enough food for us and the price was amazingly low. I've only tried the pork and chicken plates so far and both are outstanding. Went through the drive through and had my food in a matter of minutes. The flavor of the rice and potatoes are amazing. We were on vacation recently and wanted to try a kabob place but nothing seemed too appealing. I remember that Just Kabobs on Cicero in Midlothian opened some time ago so we decided to try it since it's close to home. We were not disappointed! My husband and I both ordered the chicken kabob platter, which came with two skewers of tasty, moist chicken with just the right amount of spices. A generous helping of rice, a few wedges of delicious potatoes, a small salad and 4 pita triangles rounded out this scrumptious dinner. Delicious! Welcoming! Fast! Did I mention delicious?!?! My hubby and I have driven past this place many times-always saying we would try it one day. Today was the day and we are beyond happy that we stopped. The staff was sooo welcoming. Not only were we greeted verbally but one staff member brought over a menu and talked us through it. You can watch the food prep. Fresh! Our platters were assembled quickly and we were out the door. We ordered chicken, beef and shrimp kabobs. Great flavor. Soooo moist-especially the chicken which can be dry. The beef medallions were like mini filets that were sooo tender and cooked PERFECTLY!! I was in bliss! The shrimp was lil spice and again cooked perfectly-not overcooked and tough. The rice was flavorful. My hubby got a side of tzatziki sauce with pitas-creamy with a lil zing which paired well with the shrimp and chicken. The plates also come with a small salad. A complete meal for a reasonable price. My 85 year old mother had a taste for a gyros sandwich. I heard about Just Kabobs and seen mostly positive reviews so I thought we'd give it a try. I got a takeout order of 2 gyro sandwich's, one for my mother & I got a shrimp kabob dinner for my daughter. My mother does not like anything well done and unfortunately most of the gyro slices in her sandwich were well done, basically burnt, many pieces burnt to a crisp. My gyro sandwich was the same way but fortunately for me, I actually don't mind we'll done food, being in the minority. The gyro was nothing like the pictures on the website. Those pictures showed tender, succulent slices of gyro meat cooked to perfection. The only positive thing about the gyro sandwiches is that they did not hold back on the tomatoes & purple onions which were plentiful but we did not come for the toppings. Once again I didn't mind the sandwich but at the end of the day you just can't serve a gyro sandwich that way especially that well done. I assume the gyro roll had been rotating quite sometime but we shouldn't have to hope the place is busy with gyro orders to get nice tender slices in the sandwich. The burnt pieces should've been sliced off and put off to the side. If they were worried about losing money on those slices they'd better think again because they lost my gyro business. My daughter said her shrimp kabob dinner was good hence the 2 star rating instead of 1. I might come back in the future to try a shrimp kabob dinner but definitely not the gyro. I can still go down the street to Nickys and get the best gyro plate in town and they serve an excellent shrimp basket with fries as well for about $4 cheaper than the shrimp kabob at just kabobs (minus the pita bread & salad which I don't need when eating shrimp & fries anyway). read more
