So I use to love coming in here, but recently I dont know what changed with employees and management.. so it used to be if you bought 3king subs you would get the 4th one free.. it's been like that for a couple years.. well about 2 weeks ago before I even ordered my regular ordered I asked do u guys still do this.. the girl at the front (Andrea)said no we no longer do that.. I didnt think anything of it and just made my ordered to my surprise on getting my ordered sure enough I get a flyer saying buy 3 kings get one free.. I was mad but i let it go... sure enough I come in now and asked the same girl the same question and she said no they dont do that but i told her it's on the flyers your handing out.. she would not honor because I didnt bring flyer in.. but no where on flyer does it say it's a coupon and must bring in when ordering.. she was very rude with me and would not honor the flyer ..when I asked for her name and managers her attitude became even worse.. I still made our ordered but I am seeking to speak with management about this issue.. either fix your flyers or speak with your employees about your offers!.. review continue--- today is Oct 23rd went in to speak with franchise owner.. he right away dismissed me, stating that I'm at fault.. he stated he was already aware of my complaint but I am not owed an apology.. he kept stating that flyer was a coupon.. I posted picture of the FLYER on review too.. The owner must not care about his customers either if his attitude/customer service was just as poorly as his employees.. Dont waste your time or money at this location I know I wont!!.. Working at a fast food restaurant is a tough gig. I've had some experience in the industry and I know all too well how hard people in the business work and how little respect and reward they receive, so when someone does a great job i'm very motivated to post accolades. Conversely, when someone talks to me like a piece of dirt through the drive-through intercom I'm even more energized to let people know. To the point: I was treated very rudely at ANOTHER area drive-through which prompted me to leave my place in line and instead head over to Mr. Submarine. And Mr. submarine gets five stars NOT because their food is perfect...You don't get perfect food ANYWHERE. What IS perfect however, is the way you are treated by the staff of this restaurant. Any shift; any day and no matter what you order - the staff are polite and professional and always serve you the very best version of what they have to offer. And as for the other establishment which shall remain nameless at this point in time - they too had provided a courteous and delicious experience during my last visit. However, as mentioned above, this is a tough industry. When another employee decides that whatever is going on with them personally is more important than how they treat the person who is for all intensive purposes paying their salary, the good times tend to fade from memory. read more

I stopped in and got a king size turkey and a regular size turkey sub the king size had three pieces of meat, a bunch of lettuce, three onions and that was it. Your other regular side had two pieces of meat and I spent almost $23 and some change and the fries was cold.
