Checked this place out after an event…read more Pro's: Customer service from the young lady attending to us was absolutely fantastic. Attentive, appropriately apologetic, honest, and polite. Half of our group (was a total of four of us) enjoyed their food. The restaurant was clean and bathroom smelled very pleasant. Pricing was fair for what was enjoyed. The focaccia bread was the star of the show for me. My guests enjoyed the shrimp scampi, but felt the portion was small and the salmon was delicious. I did taste a piece of the salmon and was jealous as I can confirm it was delicious...wonderfully seasoned and perfectly cooked. Con's: The other half of our party did not enjoy the food. Unfortunately, I was in that bunch. It was quite surprising as the menu is not robust at all; so our thought was that the items that ARE on the menu must be a delicious specialty. I had the pork chops with pasta and spinach. The pork chop was tough and the pasta was bland. The sauce that accompanied the meal was tasty and moved the overall meal from a 'no', to an 'ok'. Won't be back, but encourage you all to check them out as the other half of our table truly enjoyed their meals.

The staff at A'mano is super friendly and the person who took our order patiently listened to all of my customizations. He even came by later to give me more information on the breaded vegan chicken I ordered with my pasta. The complimentary focaccia house bread was delicious even without any dips (which you'll rarely ever hear me say as I'm not a fan of eating just bread). My pasta was pretty good and I especially loved the breaded vegan chicken which was very flavorful. My friend got a similar pesto pasta dish with real unbreaded chicken and thought it was decent too. The ambiance is pleasant and is great for both lunch and dinner. It was a bit pricey with all my customized items but I think it deserves a visit every now and then to satisfy my craving of interesting combinations of sauce - fresh pasta - protein!

Our server was new and still training, yet the service was warm, attentive, and seamless. The food was real, authentic Italian. We began with cheesy garlic bread that was perfectly baked and full of flavor. The fresh bread tasted homemade, crisp on the outside and warm and soft inside, with a wonderfully seasoned olive oil. My lobster ravioli came in a rich peppercorn cream sauce with wild mushrooms. The homemade ravioli were cooked perfectly al dente, and the sauce was thick, creamy, and deeply flavorful. Elisa's fresh chicken salad was equally delicious. What made the experience unforgettable, however, was Raffaele. He welcomed us personally, visited our table, connected with other guests, and made it clear how genuinely grateful he was that we had chosen his restaurant. His character became even more apparent after we returned to Ohio and I discovered I had lost my wallet. Raffaele reviewed his security cameras, searched the parking lot, and found it soaking wet from the rain. He then overnighted it to me and refused to accept any money for the postage. That is extraordinary kindness and "Unreasonable Hospitality" at its very best. If I still lived in Buffalo, Trattoria Aroma would unquestionably be my go-to Italian restaurant. Incredible food, excellent service, and hospitality every bit as authentic as the cuisine. We will absolutely return!

We recently held a funeral luncheon for my grandfather at Rizottos restaurant , and the experience…read morewas extremely disappointing from start to finish. When we arrived, every table had coffee except the table hosting and paying for the event. I had to go into the kitchen and ask staff to bring coffee to our table. The problems continued throughout the meal. It took three attempts to get a salad prepared correctly, and none of the salt shakers at our tables worked. The food service was even more frustrating. We ordered penne pasta but were served macaroni instead and were only told afterward that they had run out of penne. We requested roast beef and expected it to be served, but instead were directed to a carving station. The chicken dish was also not what we expected. At the end of the luncheon, there was a large amount of food left over. I asked for containers so we could take some of the food and give it to homeless people we know, but we were told we could not take it. Rather than offering a sincere apology for the many issues, management only offered to remove $18 worth of soda from a bill that exceeded $2,000. We asked to speak with the manager, but getting assistance was difficult. The most upsetting part came as we were leaving, when the cook came out and threatened to call the police despite the fact that our family had done nothing wrong. The interaction was unprofessional and completely inappropriate, especially considering we were there to honor a loved one who had just passed away. As a former restaurant owner, I understand that mistakes happen. What matters is how management responds. A sincere apology and an effort to make things right would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, we did not feel valued as customers or treated with compassion during a very difficult time for our family. Based on this experience, many members of our family will not be returning.

There's two dining areas, I can only speak of one side to the left of the main doors. This side was decent size and had decent spacing of the tables. The service is excellent, but as many mentioned it is a bit slow. But for me, it was ok because you're not rushed at all during your stay. As for the food, I was throughly pleased on every entree I had. I would say though, I would've loved if they had a cocktails menu. I was surprised to see only wines and beer are offered here. But even still, that wouldn't deter me from coming back and becoming a regular. FILETTO AL CARBONE | $55.00 Grilled 8 oz. It's cafeteria style (for now, I'm sure), where you go up, order, pay for your food, then sit at one of the 4 tables. The place is very clean and for now, they have folding chairs, but you will absolutely overlook that when you try the food. It's a small place and I'm sincerely hoping eventually they can expand. And I'll explain why... . As the owner will proudly tell you, they have won awards for their sauce. I'm not in the least bit surprised... it is absolutely scrumptious! It's not like the sauce you find at most places. This is authentic Northern Italian sauce. The flavor is so rich, I could literally drink it from a cup! The meatballs are very flavorful, and the homemade bread... thick and hardy. . I ordered what was a breaded rice ball with a meatball in the middle. They threw in a couple extra meatballs and cut me a huge hunk of bread. My friends all ordered what was a stuffed half loaf of bread and got to choose their own fillings. We were all extremely happy with the food. . Now what makes this special other than the food... the two men who make sure your dining experience is a good one. The owner, once we were finished eating, sat with us at our table and got to know a bit about us. He told us that he also offers cooking lessons with Italian lessons! What a great idea for a group of people to experience. . Please give this little gem a chance. They certainly deserve all the kudos. We all agreed we will be returning soon. .
