Our 1949 Park Hill home still had its galvanized plumbing when we bought it last year, and while nothing had failed yet we knew it was time to replace it before it did. Just Plumbing installed new PEX pipes for a really reasonable price (well below other estimates, nearly a third of the cost of one estimate we received!) The crew (Johnny and Chris) showed up right on time, worked fast, cleaned up well, were friendly and answered all of my plumbing questions, and got the job done within a day (around 8 hours from start to finish!). While this obviously necessitated cutting many, many holes in our plaster (on gypsum board) walls Chris did his best to save as many pieces as possible to patch them. The plumbing passed code inspection by the city of Denver, and works great - our water pressure is improved and we're no longer worried about our pipes catastrophically meeting their demise (and flooding our house). The crew also replaced our old shower valve with a new Kohler one, and went to the trouble of replacing the trim kit for us as well (which I had already purchased ahead of time). Just before our re-pipe our water heater decided to die, so Bill gave us a good price on a new one with install - which will happen next week, after the holiday weekend. We're planning on renovating our downstairs bathroom in the next year or so, and would not hesitate to call Just Plumbing again for that plumbing work - I would be more than happy to work with Chris, Johnny, or Bill anytime in the future! (Oh! Also, both the women I spoke to at the office for invoicing/billing and scheduling were super friendly and easy to work with.) read more

I was charged $630 for what my renters said was 15 minutes of work and when I called to get their perspective and question the amount, making sure to not sound accusatory or rude, and the lady was extremely rude back. Would not recommend as this seems overpriced and that lady needs to work on her customer service skills. Giving 2 stars because I will admit that they were able to get out there fast and the work they did was fine (hose bib replaced and separate upstairs hose rerouted to a drain). read more

Six years ago I hired Just Plumbing to repipe my house. Bill, the company owner and a master plumber, Chris, another master plumber, and one other person completed the job in two days. They were friendly and considerate, and did a superb job. When finished, I asked Bill for a recommendation for someone to replace the tile that had been destroyed for the basement shower's new fixtures. He asked me if I still had some of that tile. I did, and he repaired the wall! Then he asked if I had any grout, and he regrouted it! He did a perfect job! This was definitely not in the scope of the repipe work. My repipe has been problem-free for six years so I recently hired them to move my washer upstairs to an area with no plumbing. Bill and Chris came again, along with one other worker, Edgar. They completed the plumbing in a day and moved the washer upstairs. Then Bill said that after I had a 240V line installed for the dryer, they would come back to move it upstairs, plus build a vent to the outside. Again, this was not in our contract. So back they came, moved the dryer up, and vented it 17 ft. to the back of the house. When finished, I asked Chris how to get the old sump pump lid off so I could drain it. He asked for a shop vac, and did it for me, a disgusting, smelly job, and cleaned up the mess. Again, this was not in our contract. My two experiences with Just Plumbing have shown me that this is a company that not only does excellent work, but is more than willing to go the extra mile. A complete hack job. Dry wall cuts impossible to repair. Had to have them come back out as the "plumber" put the lines outside of the wall, yes, outside. Pipes that were cut are protruding, and on even so now sharp pieces of metal stxkibg out. Dry wall cuts jagged, uneven. Washer box was left handing in the wall until it was "fixed". Still impossible to repair drywall around it. Left a mess, drywall dust and rusty pipe pieces on floor. And when I said, maybe the washer box would work with a lot of caulk, I was given the standard woman derogatory comment, that's what she said. It was a hack job on a small house that had almost completely exposed pipe to work with. Even the plumbers were so excited as it was going to an "easy job" and they did this (see pics). Changed their pricing after coming out. I understand estimates but they gouged the price by 200%. Were really rude when addressing me, did not reply in a timely fashion, felt like the job was labored. They started the business, it felt like everyone I spoke with at the company was rude and angry. Very disrespectful. I had to get the work re-done and didn't want to waste my time or stress by getting my money back. Good riddance. Do not hire these fools - look elsewhere first. read more

I needed my polybutylene water lines replaced in my house. This company came over in the morning and they completed the job the same day. Bill, their master plumber came over twice to check the progress of work. The three plumbers who worked in my house, Avery, Johnny, and Jose, were outstanding: pleasant to work with, extremely professional and competent, they minimized the cutting of drywall, and left an extremely clean environment once the job was completed. The new system works great and passed the city inspection without any problems. I definitely recommend this company for the quality of work they offer, their professionalism, and honesty. My experience with Don the sales guy with Repipe Specialists was abysmal to say the least. Fortunately, I was able to track down Just Plumbing, who is the subcontractor for 90% of the work done by Repipe Specialists. Bill was super easy to work with and didn't condescend to me the way Don had. Plus Just Plumbing's prices were lower and they were willing to go the extra mile to ensure a quality job. The repipe took two days to complete. The crew came out for 5 hours each day. They were on-time and very considerate. The first day, they cut the drywall and routed the Pex. The second day they shut off the water and made all the connections. They were quick and well organized and cleaned up well afterwards. I noticed after they left that the stub outs were Pex when I preferred copper. Also, the style of faucet on my bath didn't fit with the handles. But Just Plumbing had no issues coming out to make sure the finishes met my expectations. The drywall crew did a great job! They even corrected some poor drywalling that existed previously. Everything checked out with the City inspector and there have been no leaks or any other issues to date. Job was completed about 3 weeks ago - I think. In any case, I am confident Just Plumbing will be quick to correct any issues if any pop up. Great company! Great service! read more

Great customer service, fair prices and most importantly honest. We worked with just plumbing a couple years ago to replace all the galvanized pipes in our 1950s home. Recently, we had a clogged drain, and the tenant had another plumber evaluate, said all the drain lines needed to be replaced and wanted to charge us $2000+. I reached out to Shelly and Bill, and although they were booked out, fit us in their schedule to inspect. They were able to clear the drain without having to replace the drain lines for a minimal fee, saving us thousands. read more

We have a house in Park Hill on Montview Blvd. (for some reason Yelp shows that we are in southwest Denver but I assure you, we're are in Park Hill :-) ) Our house is 90 years old this year and we knew it was high time to get rid of our galvanized plumbing. We contacted Just Plumbing and they came out the next day and gave a very reasonable quote to repipe our entire house and repair the holes that were needed to be cut. Our main concern was the drywall repair since we have some very custom hand plastered/textured walls in the living room and dinning room. Their drywall guy came out, looked over the walls and said, with confidence, that he could reproduce the plastering. The repipe team was able to replace 95% of our pipes with PEX (there were a few small sections that were embedded in our masonry walls that could not be removed, mainly 2 hose bibs). They completed the work in 2 days. This is what they do and they know their stuff. Everything passed the city inspection with flying colors. The drywall team came the day after the inspection and finished in 2 days. As he promised, he was able to reproduce the hand plastering. We are very happy. I do need to mention to anyone considering having this done, especially those with the old plaster lathe walls, it can be very dirty and dusty. Just mentally prepare yourself for the mess, take the time to cover everything you can with plastic, and understand that there will be quite a lot of cleanup afterwards. That is to be expected but it's good to be aware up front. read more

The dreaded day came where I knew it was time to replace our 11 year old water heater. I called and Just Plumbing said they could have someone out the next day. From start to finish everyone I spoke with was courteous, on time and honest. Communication was top notch. They had me take some pictures of the old water heater and told me exactly what the price was going to be over the phone. I contracted with Repipe Specialists to have the old galvanized pipe in my house replaced. Repipe Specialists uses various plumbing companies to do the work, and I was lucky enough to be assigned to Just Plumbing Inc. Master plumber Bill (owner of the company), Chris (another master plumber), and Avery, a residential plumber, were at my house for an entire day to complete the work. These guys were dynamos at getting the work done perfectly but quickly. In addition, they were pleasant to have in my home, plus I heard no profanity (that's a bonus for me). After the job was completed, they did some extra work for me at no charge, such as replacing tile in the shower and grouting it! I plan to call Just Plumbing, Inc., for all my plumbing needs and will recommend them to friends and family. read more

Two years ago I had Just Plumbing put in a tank less system. They didn't put it where I wanted it, used an extension cord to get to the electric outlet in the basement, they also disconnected my humidifier, which I have to have due to the dry air, Rheem said it was plumber error. I was given a 6 year guarantee-warranty with it, last year Bill came and flushed the system, yearly maintenance, I called for this years service, and Bill called me back to tell me that wasn't included in my guarantee-warranty, although he did it last year. So I asked, how much, he told me, and we set an appointment, this morning AM, it's now 1:17PM, no call, no show, no nothing! I've called another plumber to flush my system, and would never use Just Plumbing again for anything, they suffer now from avarice and greed. Price on my system was $2300.00, with a move up to Rheem unit, when I asked Bill about getting one for my neighbor, he shouted, '$5000.00!, government regulations' The government has done nothing to impact the cost, this is nothing but greed, the next call I made I got quoted $2500.00 with a Rheem 9.5GPM unit.
