It was quickly made, and they call your name and ask how you want the dressing. You can get it light, medium, heavy or even on the side. You can ask for bread if you like as well. It is a decent sized space with some seating. Took it to go and it held well. Salad and its ingredients were fresh. The amount of dressing was spot on. Good options and choice to customize. Service was great. Cashier was very friendly and helpful. I decided to get their Peruvian market plate as I never had their plates before. Chicken was pretty good. Not dry. Pickled onions were fine on it's own. I mashed avocado, corn, and sweet potatoes were pretty good too. Only thing I didn't really like was the rice. It was overcooked and a little on the mushy side. Chicken soup was a good too especially for the winter and when I think I'm coming down with a cold. I have had their Tokyo supergreens chicken salad before and that's one of my favorite salads here. Well now I'm really pissed. This was my favorite spot and the past few times my order is completely Wrong. I ordered a build you own with 2x cage free eggs and pickles and shaved broccoli with romaine cabbage and arugula chickpea today well my bf did and not only am I missing the eggs I am also missing the pickles... like what in the actual bs. This is now the third time my order has been completely off and missing items. It cost more money to add two eggs in and I get nothing and not even the regular selections I selected. After giving my 1 star review for my under-portioned pesto shrimp bowl, I received a message from the busuiness manager that I responded to but I never heard back. A working theory is that when you bring their reusable bowl (which entitles you to a free topping), less food is provided to preserve their profit margin. I never give one star reviews but this experience was just so underwhelming and honestly disappointing. I ordered two salads, thai chicken crunch and tokyo supergreens, chicken via online ordering. The pick up was pretty self explanatory. We actually came later than our initial pick up time and while the salads were done, they were just sitting in the corner, not bagged yet. The person at the register proceeded to bag it for us and almost forgot to include utensils until I asked to provide them. Moving onto the salad, this is where the disappointment was. First off, the tokyo supergreens chicken salad , which has chicken in its name, did not have chicken included whatsoever. Next, both salads were so bland and just felt like a mix of ingredients thrown into a bowl that didn't work well together. After a couple bites, it reached the point that we were struggling to eat the rest of the salad. Another thing to point out was that the bread that is included as a side was rock hard. It was literally a thick crouton and practically inedible. Considering what it takes to make a salad, it's hard to think that a salad could go wrong.
