Staff was friendly, food was amazing, and it helped me fill up for the adventure of New York, would recommend.

Huevos Rancheros, over easy eggs atop fresh kale, quinoa, full avocado (what!), tortillas, onion, beans, hot sauce. Ya kiddin' me!

Eggcellent! This is my second time finding myself in here and the second time I'm like "wow, this place is fantastic". Healthy, tasty food. Get the Huevos Rancheros breakfast platter, you won't be disappointed. One bite, and you'll be all "Ay Papi!" The service was great, the guys on Sunday morning are super nice. Huge place, and you can actually find a seat!! For all the negative reviewers, continue to wait on the absurdly long lines for mediocre bagels and let's keep this place a secret!

"Fresh&Co Friday," I like to call it! Great quality eats no matter when you go. Today, I stopped by for my usual Friday lunch and was greeted by the warm and welcome staff per usual. Opted for the salmon, mac and cheese, brussels and avocado salad. Delicious, flavorful and fresh. Hit the spot and kept me fueled throughout the day.

New visit: tuna poke bowl which was delicious. Definitely liking all the new items on the menu.

    Santa Fe Salad with chicken

My friend and I went to grab a salad from Fresh and Co on a Sunday afternoon. We both got a Santa Fe salad with chicken. The salads were an adequate size with a good amount of toppings. The onions were a bit too much though - just way too large and too much in amount. The chicken was also a bit too dry. However, the toppings did work well together and it had a great taste especially with that vinaigrette. A nice, quick lunch option for sure.

    Chicken enchilada soup.....so delicious

This is a typical midtown upscale deli with some fresh offerings...paninis, bowls and salads made to order and a good selection of hearty soups. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. Prices are high, but in line with this area. I paid $11 for a large Turkey chili and bag of chips. The chili was really good, lots of meat.

Very clean inside. I was impressed with my Shanghai Chicken Salad - it was a really good size and I couldn't even finish it! Very tasty and the woman being the salad counter was very helpful when I couldn't decide which salad to get. Quick and tasted good - which is exactly what I wanted for a meal on the train.

I used to order Fresh & Co every day and day I decided this is my my last order! I will never order from this restaurant again! Since the new location has opened, all my orders are coming with less food, no bread and messed up with something. Today, I ordered quinoa instead, they added rice. Additional I am allergic to peppers and my instructions to not add them was not followed. Again, so disappointed with this restaurant. I tried to give a chance but didn't work.

My first time here. They looked like they had some healthily options so I decided to try them out. They have two areas to order depending on what you are getting. To be honest, I'm not sure what the other section even offers. I've always gone to the salad section here. They have a bunch of options and everything is made fresh in front of you. All of the ingredients are laid out so you can see everything. They wrap it up for you and you pay at the counter towards the front of the store. They have drinks and some cold ready to eat stuff as well. They have seating too. Tables and counter seating. Decent priced and healthy dinner or lunch option.

Decent spot for breakfast if you're on the go. You can grab a custom sandwich, or make your own. I had a breakfast bagel with egg and cheese. I added some spinach and tomato but I wish there was a bit more flavor. If you're making your own, try to add some ingredients for flavor, or at least pepper. There's better options in the area, but a good spot if you're on your way to port authority or penn station and there's plenty of spots to sit down. The coffee and hot chocolate were pretty good!

POWER BLT - eggs, avocado, tomatoes (I added hot sauce).
    Agnes I.

I got off the train station and found this restaurant not too far away. This is breakfast and lunch spot in midtown Manhattan. My friend and I ordered the Power BLT. It had 2 eggs, avocado, tomatoes, and pesto. There wasn't much avocado but this was still a very filling meal that will last me to early/mid afternoon. Service was quick as I came in around 10:00am. I'm assuming that it may be a bit busier around early morning. The restaurant is quite big so you will find ample seating. There is 2 power outlets at the back if you are looking to charge your phone (turn left when you enter). They have a lunch menu as well with sandwiches and salads. If I visit NYC again and I'm in this area, I'll be back :) **** This is my 131st Yelp review overall. 85 reviews for 2018. I am aiming for 100 reviews in 2018. Reviewed on 19 October 2018.

There was a short wait, but from what I could see, a variety of tables here and seating. Not the biggest place, dark, intimate, wood accents and small spotlights over tables. We ordered buns and spicy edamame to start. It seemed like we had just ordered when the food came out. Love that. Buns were incredibly good - a close second to a joint in Chicago we ate at last weekend. Succulent meat, plenty of sauce, and just the usual pillowy bun. The edamame didn't seem spicy at first - then my face melted. Still good but a deep burning spiciness to them as advertised. For my entree I got the beef miso ramen, adding corn and an egg. The corn wasn't just a pile of kernels - but a side slice of a cob. Cool presentation. Beef was good and the broth soothed my soul. Top 10 ramen places I've been - well done.

We tried the spicy shrimp (coconut based broth), spicy tonkatsu, and salmon miso ramen. The tonkatsu and salmon were both cooked well - tender and moist. They had a variety of sake and beer options. The inside is small but turnaround is fairly quick. Lots of two seaters and a large table that we were able to snag after just a few minutes of waiting. There was also bar seating. Pretty dark inside to add to the ambiance for a quick date or catch up with friends. Checked in to the waitlist via Resy because we didn't have a reservation, and it was a short wait. Service was prompt.

It was our first time eating at a Friedman's location. It had a nice diner feel to it, with a mix of booths and tables. The brunch menu has a variety of breakfast items, salads, sandwiches and burgers, starters, and entrees (fish tacos, grain bowl, fried chicken). I like that several of the items are naturally gluten free, and some can be made gluten free by request. We decided to go with three breakfast items from the brunch menu: I got the shakshuka, my sister got the Nova Benny, and we got the lemon ricotta pancakes to share. All 3 dishes were great. The shashuka came with grilled ciabatta, perfect for dipping into the sunny side eggs and tomato sauce. My sister loved that the poached eggs and smoked salmon of the Nova Benny came on top of a crispy potato latke. The pancakes were fluffy and the lemon ricotta and lemon zest elevated their flavor. Our server was friendly and attentive, and he asked us if we had any allergies when he took our order. He came by several times to check on us and refill water.
