When I first brought it in, the technician popped the hood, saw the intake, and still went ahead with the smog test--only to fail it on the visual. I was charged around $100 and told to fix the issue and come back, and that they'd retest at 50% off. I spent time and money replacing parts to get everything right and came back expecting that discounted retest. Unfortunately, the original guy wasn't there, and the person working that day refused to honor what I was told. Instead, he said I had to pay full price again. Yes, I'll admit I didn't have my original receipt--that's on me--but the bigger issue is they didn't even try to help. The employee refused to call the owner to verify what I was told, and apparently they don't keep any record of previous visits. No system, no accountability--just "pay again." The whole situation felt unprofessional and honestly pretty shady. It seems like the priority here is collecting as much money as possible rather than treating customers fairly. I've always been able to get an appointment the same day or the next day. They're located toward the end of the parking lot once you pull in. The smog check itself usually takes about 15-20 minutes, and there's a small office where you can wait while they complete the inspection. Once you pass, they provide the paperwork right away, and I've been able to renew my DMV registration within a few hours. If you need a smog check in the area, I definitely recommend checking them out. Great service, convenient appointments, and a very quick turnaround!

When I went to the dealer, they quoted really high price and added a bunch of unnecessary services. I was able to get an estimate from Vuong which was much more affordable, and it was great to be able to text back and forth to make sure I'm only getting the services I really needed. It was also super easy to make an appointment. They were able to get me in and out in the same day even with all the difference things being done to my car. It was also really convenient that they have after hours dropoff available. You just park your car in their lot, and they have a safe place to drop off your keys. This was helpful because I had some work meetings I had to take in the morning at the time they opened, so I was able to go in before they opened and drop off my car.
