I had been taking my 2005 F-150 to another repair place in Huntington Beach off Talbert that ends in the letters "tec" and had spent $3000 in the last 3 months with them. When I had it in there last I told them the check engine light was on yet again after they had just fixed it. They told me it was the evap system and they would have to check that and it was going to cost me more. At that point I said no I would pick up the truck. Fast forward to it not passing smog at Instatune because said engine light was still on. I took it for a second opinion to Just Smogs and they said whoever did the repairs on it last forgot to plug in a bunch of stuff. So needless to say after a diagnostic check and them plugging stuff back in and retesting it, it passed smog. This was crucial as I was in the midst of selling it and already had a buyer. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. John and crew will get all of my and my families business moving forward. Been going to this place for a decade now and Im always happy with my service. I just was there a yesterday, and I was in and out in 15 minutes. The same guys are always there, and are super cool. They have vinyl albums in their check in area!! Old rockers have been added to the waiting room, along with some really cool other antique-y looking things and lots of plants. Big tv too! For two years my brother and I were trying to get assistance with my mom's Honda CRV that would not pass the smog test. The OBO monitor would not reset. We went to Honda who would not help us; other agencies and told us that we had to jump through hoops to get help.
