Day 1: Id give them zero stars if there was the option. My rims needed different lug nuts, so instead of going and getting the right ones they wait til closing time to tell me I should go to pepboys next door and get some. They couldn't even give me the correct size because none of them had no idea. Really? Even the manager was perplexed, and its a standard GM 15" mag rim. So I had them put the old rims back on so I could leave, which I paid for, for what? NOTHING. Overall wait time: 4 hours. Day 2: They still can't figure it out because they don't sell this type of rim, which is a standard American 1/2" lug bolt, nut and mag rim. The guy asks what vehicle they came from, and to go get that same vehicle lug nut, when they're the same 1/2" nut!!!! Imbeciles! Wait time 2 hours and counting. This is fucking ridiculous. Be prepared to run for your parts because they don't. Overall, poor service, not very bright, amateur tire shop at best. read more

But I took my car since I was having problems to make the changes in automatic, first they gave me a diagnosis and began to disassemble the box, in the end that was not what was causing the problem. I had to pay a little more than what they had told me since the first diagnosis was wrong and they proceeded to repair the real fault that I had. read more

Sometimes there's a wait because they have other customers so I don't understand why that is an issue. Where should I start? This tire company has the worst products and customer service I've ever experienced. I had one tire with low pressure and came in to have it checked out. The tech recommended I get new tires all around as other tires were also wearing down. I purchased three new tires and not even thirty days later, one of the new tired has popped. My husband went back to Just Tires and asked for a refund or replacement tire. The manager had the audacity to tell him that they don't guarantee their products and there was nothing they could do!!! Dang! I was just there yesterday some guy called me talking about we want to know where your lug nut key is and I told him and he's like "are you sure " like uh yea I'm sure. It didn't make sense till I fit the pieces together like this foo went looking through ALL my personal shit, paper, boxes (and I know because they were new boxes that were not torn) looking for it.... He didn't see it where I told him, makes sense why he asked if I was sure....So rude. Worst service ever. I come in requesting full service due on my car. Lady says everything is good. I come back four hours later and the only thing they did was check the levels and tire pressure. I needed an oil change and wasted four hours waiting for my service. Then I try to explain to the manager who usually assists and never has difficulty understanding what I need when requesting full service. Bryan didn't say sorry nor helped with the high bill after wasting my whole day. Keeping an eye in the shop and team is chilling and playing around on their phones. Worst place to come. Showed up on Wednesday 12:00 they checked me in, I do have to get approval as it's a company truck with that said young man at desk seemed super confused the whole time. Took my keys and about an hour later I questioned how much longer and they said a few hours, seems like they would of mentioned it when he took my keys. Couldn't wait that long so came back next day at 8am as they opened. Second one in line and didn't leave until 3:30pm. A whole damn day to get tires. Granted I do have to get approval before they can change tires from my company, with knowing that a good manager would of had his guys check my truck out real quick so we can get that process going not let 2.5 hrs go by before inspecting my tires. No sense of urgency at this place. No one here is friendly nor do they explain things to you as far as wait time. You constantly have to inquire yourself. Place is a joke. read more

It seems like majority of the people here complain about the time it takes for the work to be done on their vehicle. I understand why they would take time to do their work, which is why I always plan ahead to just drop my vehicle off and let them take care of it. Personally, if you need take 2-4 hours to take my car in to inspect it and give me an oil change, take as long as you need. Just make sure that my vehicle is good to go when I get it. For those of you who want a 15 minute oil change, take it to a location that offers that guarantee for you. Otherwise, you'll be disappointed with the service you get here each and every time. I just don't understand why people take their vehicle in and don't plan to have someone pick them up, take an Uber/Lyft/taxi/public transit, or simply ask if they can drop you off back to work/home. Plan ahead people; it's 2016. The reason why I go to Just Tires instead of a local auto mechanic is really because of the convenience and location. You have to get to know the people that are working on your vehicle, as well as give clear expectations of what you want. This Just Tires location is the only one I go to, mainly because I got to know one of the workers and gained his trust overtime (shout out to Thomas!). My vehicle had a plethora of minor concerns, that led up to me taking it in and giving them my budget, letting them know what my expectations were, and what I wanted/needed done. Thomas took my word, and I took his, and my vehicle was as good as new (let me remind you, I have a 98' Toyota 4 Runner. I was extremely happy). I understand, some of their prices are slightly higher than average: it's a national chain/branch auto shop. Yes, they will give you a list of things they notice and/or may draw concern (a lot of skeptics see this as them being "sly"), but that's what ALL auto shops do. I think you should start questioning a location if they don't tell you anything is wrong. When you actually build a connection with the people working, rather than treating them as if they're supposed to be perfect machines, the price you pay for the work being done doesn't matter because you have their trust. I won't lie, some I have turned to other places simply because the quote given to me was not in my budget, but that doesn't mean I won't go back and call them when something else happens. Long story short: Get to know the people, give them your expectations, drop your car off, and let them call you when it's ready. read more

If only I could rate them with (-) star, coz they deserves it!! I purchased full set of tires from Just Tires along with oil change. Days later, I've noticed that there was an oil leak under my car. So my dad brought it to a mechanic, only to find out that Just Tires did not tighten what needs to be tighten. So that's why it started dripping. Good thing, we had the car checked out before the oil ran out and damage the whole engine!! Never again I'll go to this place. I should have listened to my dad. He also had bad experience with them before. He had a full set tire change to get ready for a long drive and one of them burst in less than 1 hour!! Good thing, he was still driving locally and have to call AAA to tow the car back to this place. They initially gave him hard time to change it, due to my dad's persistence, they eventually change. Got a flat, around 930am coming from my girls pad. Couldn't find out if the spot I normally go to for tires is open or still in business. This is the first one I came across that's open on a sun. Dude sounded reasonable. And the raping on tires was real lol. Got here 10am... left at 245pm. For two tires... There was no line. Had to tell them my car was sitting there done. Manager came out like wth is going on. Also the funko pop I had inside was full of grease. Which has me wondering what else they touched. Don't give them your information. They will send you advertisements and other bs even when you tell them you don't want it. Also they scam. He tried to tell me my shocks are bad and were leaking. I didn't tell them I was a car guy and I played along with it. Same business with the tire scare etc. Sat here, listening to these dudes just lie to people the whole damn time. I'm a results driven person, especially when it comes to my vehicle, which I rely on every single day. After an unpleasant experience, I said I would never return to this location or another Just Tires again. While my previous experience may have been frustrating and seemed as if there would never be a solution, I returned to this location for their prices and because I already had a warranty. SECOND CHANCES ARE IMPORTANT (and sometimes third). My latest visit was on 7/3, just for a simple oil change. Although it was quite crowded (most likely because of the holiday) and my wait time was longer than usual, it was a fairly painless experience. they even pointed out some preventative maintenance that should be scheduled soon in order to preserve my rear brakes. If you feel you've been provided a disservice, I suggest you give them a chance to make it up to you. read more

On the evening of 10/13/12, my rear driver-side tire exploded on the 710 Freeway while traveling south in Long Beach, California at the legal speed limit. My vehicle, a 2004 BMW 330 CI, began to swerve uncontrollably however I was able to pull to the side of the road safely, without incident. The "Fierce" (245/40ZR18 93W SL FIERCE INSTINCT ZR TL) model tire on my vehicle was purchased from this Just Tires in Carson, California, at 744 E Dominguez Ave on 6/10/12. There was minimal wear on the tire as my photographic evidence clearly substantiates. Less than two months prior to this incident, on the afternoon of 8/21/12, while traveling north on the 405 Freeway in Long Beach, California, my rear passenger-side tire exploded similarly. This caused my vehicle to swerve violently but I was able to safely pull to the side of the road. On 8/21/12, the employees at Just Tires attempted to replace the "Fierce" tire in accordance with the Road Hazard Protection Plan that I had purchased previously. After three failed (3) attempts to change my rear passenger-side tire, Just Tires decided to upgrade my tire to the "Eagle GT" (245/40Zr18 93W SL EAGLE GT). This decision was made because, although the "Fierce" and "Eagle GT" tires were made from the same mold, for some reason the "Fierce" tired consistently leaked air when installed on my rear passenger-side wheel. I waited several hours on the evening of 8/21/12 for my vehicle to be serviced (IN 5:45PM, OUT 8:05PM). During this time, I witnessed Just Tires employees observing the leak and attempting to install numerous new tire replacements to no avail. Despite trying three different and brand new "Fierce" tires, the employees continued to observe this leak. Upon installing the "Eagle GT" model tire on my rear passenger-side wheel, there were no signs of any leaks whatsoever. As an accommodation, I was offered the "Eagle GT" tire. I believe the leaking behavior observed on 8/21/12 is responsible for creating the prime conditions for a tire to burst as I experienced on 10/13/12. When I returned to Just Tires on 10/13/12, due to the previous' evenings tire failure, I was told to call the general Goodyear Customer Support number at (800) 321-2136. The manager, Kevin Ajamian, never offered to take a claim in store and did not advise me that there was a direct number for Good Year claims that I could call for assistance. Additionally, he insisted that the damage to my vehicle could not have been caused by the tire. Even after explaining that I was on the freeway, Kevin denied the tire was to blame. He admitted to me that while there have been no recalls of the "Fierce" tire, he was aware that in some cases this tire has been known to have issues, albeit rarely. Using display tires in the main lobby, Kevin showed me how the inner edge of the "Fierce" tire had a slightly different texture than that of the "Eagle GT." Despite Just Tires' assertions that the "Fierce" tire had nothing to do with the damage that my vehicle incurred on the evening of 10/13/12, numerous body shops have attested otherwise. According to several leading auto body professionals, my vehicle has sustained obvious damage due to the tire failure that occurred on my rear-driver side wheel. Based on these concerns, in addition to this review, I plan to file a report with the Better Business Bureau. read more

Just Tires is a terrible, dishonest, irresponsible tire place. Go anywhere else. I'm posting this for both the Torrance (Sepulveda) location and Carson (Avalon) location.....since they both demonstrated the same attitude. My girlfriend's car got a nail in the tire, easy to see, and right in the middle of the tread. This is a textbook easy repair. She had purchased 4 new tires at Just Tires in Carson a few years ago. They advertised free flat fix and rotation, so I returned to Just Tires (Torrance) for the free flat tire repair. Before even looking at the car or the tire, the guy said it would be a 2-3 hour wait for a flat repair. I figured I'd walk someplace for dinner, so I said OK, I'll wait. Then he looked at the tire and said it was too worn out to repair. He would only be able to install the spare or sell me a new tire. I knew that this was total BS, but I figured I'd just go to the Carson location the next day. Before going to the Just Tires in Carson, I measured the tread depth at 4/32". There are "wear bars" at 2/32" that indicate a tire is getting close to the end of its life, but even at 2/32" the tire is not necessarily junk, just old and worn. Upon my visit to Just Tires Carson, the guy said that the tire cannot be repaired because it is too old. I pointed out that they were purchased new in 2011, and there is still plenty of tread remaining. He said that since the tire is more than 3 years old, the rubber is dry and would shred if he tried to separate it from the rim. This claim is outrageous. I don't blame the guy so much as I do Just Tires for filling their employees heads with such total nonsense. There was no point arguing with the guy, as he was clearly just reciting the BS exactly as he had been trained. I then went to a small, independent tire shop in Torrance, and they promptly repaired my tire for $13 with not so much as a comment about the tires age or condition. Bottom line: Just tires does not stand behind their products. The guy in Carson claimed that even though the tires had a 75000 mile warranty, it was only valid for 3 years because any tire over 3 years old is dried and rotten. Go to PepBoys, Sears, WalMart, Americas Tire, anywhere but this sham of a tire store. read more

My brakes just started squeaking on Monday not bad at all but I decided I would take care of it now before it damaged the rotors and became an expensive problem. After 30-45 minutes the guy comes up with a quote for $877.00. He said the rotors were bad and all 4 had to be replaced as well. He showed me the brake pads as proof but not the rotors... hmm very suspicious to me. After I told him I would have to think about it because like a lot of people I too was laid off due to covid he then suggested that I apply for the just tires credit card and that I didn't have to pay it off right away. I was being pressured by this man who was trying to rip me off. He finally took no for an answer and had the guys put back the original pads back on my car. He didn't even have the nerve to give me my keys he had someone else do it. What really upset me is that my car squeaks while I drive now and it wasn't doing it before only when I stopped. Dont know what all these reviews are about. Ive had my tires patched here before. they were ok. I recently had a blown tire and had it towed here. it arrived at 7 pm and they were closing. I left the 12000 lbs truck overnight and the technician even showed me where the best place to put it where all the cameras were pointed. This was important because I have 6 grand worth of tools inside with 10 grand worth of finish carpentry materials. When I got there in the morning, It was safe and the manager put on the tire for me. They came through for me when pep boys next door shoved me off. there were 5 other tire stores nearby and these guys were the only one there for me. If you're stranded, get your vehicle towed here. read more

Got a hole in my tire and snapped a lug bolt putting on the spare. I had just broken a bolt on the other side not long ago, and the Honda dealership charged me a few hundred to change out the whole hub, as Elements are notoriously hard to change out just one bolt. Got to Just Tires planning on getting just a repair on the tire, but when Thomas let me know that they could swap out the bolt for $75 and it wouldn't take long, I went for it. They fucking lie, I bought wheel alignment and the guy told me it's covered for 6 months and when I went back the guy told me it was 6000 miles only and i was like that's a lie. He argued with me i came to just tires close to LAX intl airport the did for me cz i was still under 6 months warranty. That Carson location sucks don't trust them they charge you double and steel from your car. If you want to see extra problems in your car that's what they do. Yesterday I found myself with a nail in my tire so with the convenience of being next to my job I went to Just Tires. I was able to drop off my car and was notified via phone call when my car was ready. I only had to wait about maybe an hour. Thanks to them I'm back on the road. Only downfall was the pricing, patching a tire was almost 30 dollars! I've gone to places that would do it for five, but it's cool. At least it was taken care of. read more

The prices are always really fair. You can go to the Just Tires website to get the coupons on your phone to show them for an easy $5 off of your oil change. My oil change always takes about 30-45 minutes depending how busy they are. I always leave my car with them and go to the Starbucks next door to study so it's never really a big deal. I have never waited outrageous times for my car and their staff is pretty great. read more
