DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!! DO NOT!!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would! Took my car in for a routine oil change yesterday. It took them 2 hours before they told me "oh you need a new oil pan". Fine. Whatever. Leave it there overnight because the part wasn't going to be in until today. Go bacK today to pick up my car, I'm told everything is running fine. It's good to go. Cool! Get in my car and start it up, the check engine light is on when it hadn't been before. Haven't had a check engine light pop on in over 6 months. I go back inside to have them fix the problem and they say it's not their fault,, there's nothing they can do about it. He says it's a "coincidence" It popped on after I picked it up from them This place is a fucking disaster and it's only been going downhill...never going back again. read more

If I could give them 0, I would. I took my truck in on a Sunday to have a tire plugged. After waiting over 2hrs, they finally brought it out, only for me to find a 3in gash and other scratches on the rim. The wheels are custom black and less than 6mo old. They haven't been touched, other than the weekly detail by me, since they were installed. I brought it to the asst. manager's attention before driving off. He took pictures and said he'd discuss with the store manager on Monday. I called back on Monday and spoke with Tony the store manager wh said he'd take a look shortly and call me back. There was no correspondence until I returned to the store on Saturday. Tony came out to look and stated there was no way his team did it. Even with the clear indication on the tire that something other than what he described took place he only suggested that maybe the tire had been curbed when clearly the damage was not consistent with that comment. He never offered any sort of resolution or compromise and seemed unbothered by my complaint. This isn't my first issue with this location and I vowed to never go there again but I was headed out of town and this was the only place open on Sunday. I regret my decision whole heartly! I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. read more

This place wasn't so bad. They checked my car for free and found out there was a nail in my tire. They were able to fix it right when they found the problem. It only costed me 20.25. However, this location has no AC and it took quite a while for them to tell me what was going on. You can have them call you while you go walk around the mall or do other errands as they check/fix your car. read more

This location is close to my job, every time I visit, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I made a last minute stop after work today (large nail in tire). They were unable to repair due to low tread, and recommended a new one, I explained that I was on a time restraint because I needed to pick up my grandchild from daycare, they were not only understanding but promised I would be out on time. They were able to get me out on the road 15 minutes EARLIER than expected AND checked the alignment. How about that for great customer service?? read more

This location was the worst ever. I called ahead of time to make an appointment even though the staff member, who I will keep nameless told me not to make an appointment and I could just go in. Weird. Anyways i told him that I had my dealership look at my tires along with another mechanic. I had a small nail in an area that each place said WAS fixable. I told them this upfront to protect myself of them attempting to say it wasn't. I was in koreatown and took the time to drive all the way to the carson location since this location was reccomended by the other mechanic who said the same thing. When I got there it was a different story. They made me wait a freezing thiry minutes just to tell me that they wouldn't fix it. Even though the nail was in a fixable place, about 1 centimeter of the patch would be over the edge. So they said I had to purchase a new tire. Of course this is a lie and I told them how it was odd that everyone else said it could be fixed but in this case it couldn't. On top of that i asked that my tires be rotated. After waiting for my car to come down, I finally gave in and said I would purchase a tire since I had a road trip. Then he told another staff member to change the tire and rotate them. I immediately called him out about not at least doing the rotation like I had previously asked and it wasn't until I was willing to make a purchase he had it done. Of course he came up with BS excuses saying since there was a nail in one tire it is best that they don't move any of them. I could understand MAYBE that one tire but at least rotate the other one! And so i said okay if that is the case why didn't you inform me that you were not going to rotate them either way?? His excuse: Well i was, but you didn't give me a chance yet. WOW so now it is my fault even though you had finished the paperwork and was about to send me on my way out. Of course I did not want to come off as a difficult or combative customer, so I explained to him on why I was concered. I purposely got two estimates before getting work done to make sure I was not taken advantage of. His response : "I WOULD NEVER TAKE ADVANATGE OF A WOMAN. I HAVE A WIFE AND CHILDREN AND WOULD NEVER WANT THEM TO BE TAKEN ADVANATGE OF. IF ANYTHING I WOULD TAKE ADVANATGE OF A MAN BECAUSE THAT'S JUST HIM BEING STUPID. I WOULD NEVER TAKE ADVATANGE OF A WOMEN BECAUSE YOU GUYS DON'T KNOW ANY BETTER" I was devastated that he had the audacity to say this. All i could respond with was "that's not true". I have been going to Just Tires in Carson for over 10yrs. Thomas has always done right by us. However our last visit proved to be quite an Adventure. My husband took my car there for servicing, we did not know what was going on with it. After speaking with a Mechanic by the name of John, he said it possibly was the brain of the transmission and was a simple fix and he would be willing to service the car outside of work. My husband said well just check it out. We left the car there for a week. Thomas said it was a transmission issue, which they do not work on. He suggested a place, which he said was pricey but did great work. The mechanic John once again spoke to my husband and said he could repair the car for $800. I told my husband let me think about it, $800 was a lot of money. After a week I decided to call John and he picked my car up from my friends. After having my car for a month and several excuses why my car was not ready, we finally made arrangements to pick my car up. When we met up, he said it's not drivable and I said "then what am I paying you for, he said you're not." He gave me the receipts and the old parts. Having my car for over a month, John put over 800 miles, blew out the tire and blew my engine. Do not deal with this John who stills works at Just Tires in Carson. I filled a complaint with the corp. office twice and have yet to receive any communication. I call Thomas and all he said was, John still works there, that an investigation was done, a statement taken and the case was closed. That firing him was above his pay range. So here I am left with a blown engine and by the way, when we picked the car up, it has no oil, and Just tires had just changed the oil in my car. When I spoke to Thomas, he expressed NO compassion and never said I'm sorry you had to go through this. The first time I went there was this short little Latino cholo dude and he did not want to patch my tire because he said, it was too dangerous. I went elsewhere and they did it without any problems. The second time was for a simple oil change. The short little Latino cholo dude said they were too busy. "I asked, when can I come back?" The short little Latino cholo dude said, "I don't know but we're gonna be busy for a while." The short little Latino cholo dude needs some customer service class. Only my second time here and it has become my "go to" tire shop. Fast and friendly service with knowledgeable staff. I've been in and out in under 1hr min on both occasions. Their hours work well with my availability due to my 8-5 work schedule. If you're coming in for service, anticipate that there will be a waiting period like every other auto service shop. This place is great, was looking for a set of tires and got a great deal. I called a few different shops in the area and this place was able to give me the best deal possible. The gentleman Thomas help me out over the phone and was very informative he helped me choose the right selection of tires for my vehicle. After coming into the store he was also able to get me a rebate on my purchase of tires and the staff was very friendly. I was also unaware that they do mechanical repairs, he recommended a few things on my vehicle that I didn't realize that needed attention. I will definitely return to have my vehicle serviced here and I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and when they are looking to buy tires or have their vehicle serviced. I came for a synthetic oil change for my white Honda Civic 2012. I was the first one in line. They suggested to get fuel injections serviced, which would add an additional 30 minutes to the "45" minutes that the oil changed would have taken. After almost two hours I kept going outside to see if my car was being worked on and it turns out they were not. Its not until I decided to sit and wait outside when they saw me and that's when they started working on my car. After they worked on it, the Engine icon on my dashboard went on. I was driving home from work, it was freezing, and I realize I have a flat tire. I pull over a gas station and realize that I have a hole in my run flat tire. On the yelp app, I find the nearest tire place still open. I call Just Tires, ask them if they can still see me, as it was literally 14 minutes to closing. I told the guy I have to drive slow since my tire was flat. I arrived at this place 2 minutes to closing. The attendant follows me in the store and yells out my tire size to the guy behind the desk. They give me a quote within 2 minutes of being there. I Google the price, it was reasonable. They give me options, I pick one and I go over my concerns. They don't rush me. Once I've decided and was ready to pay, they are immediately installing my tire. By the time I finished my paper work, my car was ready. Whew! It was a problem that I could not fix on my own. The people in this place allowed me to still have a restful evening. I really think it was a great ending to a desperate situation. Ultimately, I was home for dinner, got a great night sleep and had a car that I could drive to work in the next day. My life was not a bit disrupted. I really appreciate that! read more

I got the most expensive oil change which is a little over 60 dollars. It took 5 hours! Completely unacceptable. They didn't call me I had to keep checking up on my car and finally on the 4th call they said to come get it. When I picked it up they didn't turn off the maintenance required light on my dashboard so who knows if they even gave me an oil change. He thought it'd be worth waiting for since he'd gotten out of work from an overnight shift around 8:30...staff was unprofessional, arguing and talking very loudly inappropriately with the door open. TV was kept at a certain channel, couldn't change it. It was too hot outside to go walking around to the mall across the street. Keep in mind my husband is tired. Facts: *Came in at around 5pm For tire rotation, balance, alignment and oil change Prices are okay, the gentlemen behind the counter treated me pretty nicely. *3 Hours Later at 8 pm Car is supposedly ready, gave it back to me, did a quick test drive, noticed that my car is heavily veering to the right when I let the wheel go, alignment doesn't seem to be working. Drove back Let them now that it was veering heavily to the right *30 minutes Later at 8:30pm Car is ready again, mechanic told me that they placed the rear tires in the front, and that the rear tires appear to be in bad shape, which may have caused the veering issue. Did a quick test drive, everything seems OK Overall, I think the staff is okay, we're all human, and when it's getting to closing time (8pm) we all want to go home, but I'm willing to wait if you get the job right the first time, I'm a little bit bummed out that he gave it back to me where it veered to the right so heavily, makes me question a bit of the quality of the work. Again, we're all human, I know they're busy, but it would have been OK if it was aligned the first time. Overall, Meh..... hopefully it'll be better if I ever decide to return. read more

I was able to exit at Avalon, and quickly found this Just Tire Store at noon. Even though the place was busy the manager quickly made me feel comfortable, inspected my car, and found a quality tire that would fit my sport sedan. They immediately placed it on the rack, and I was back on the freeway in under 30 minutes. I was very pleased with this unexpected awesome service experience. On October 14, 2014, I visited your Just Tires location at 744 E. Dominguez St., Carson, 90746 for a routine oil change and tire rotation. During said visit, I also requested a wheel alignment and an air filter replacement. Upon completion, I was advised that the wheel alignment was not completed due to the necessary replacement of l/r and r/r camber arm (approximately $600). I advised store assistant manager that my car was under full warranty and I would have repair completed by a Honda service technician. On November 5, 2014, I took my vehicle to the Honda dealer and I was advised that "they (just tires technicians) don't know what they are talking about." Camber arm was in good working condition and did not need replacement. Honda technician completed wheel alignment. I will NEVER frequent any Just Tires store! read more

I bought a new (used) car a couple weeks ago and in my attempts to learn to park it properly, recently ran over a curb. I scratched the hubcap, but it seemed okay. A few days later, I was on the 405 when bells in my car started ringing and symbols lighting up on my dashboard. I pulled off at the Ikea exit and after searching my car's manual found that all the bells and lights meant my tire pressure was low. I pulled into the nearest tire store, Just Tires (actually I pulled into Pep Boys first, but they were having a BBQ and I couldn't find a place to park). They offered me a free courtesy tire inspection to look for a leak or damage. Everything was okay and they had me on my way very quickly after offering me a cup of coffee. I haven't had any further issues so their diagnosis of nothing being bent or damaged must have been correct. The waiting area was clean, the chairs fairly comfortable, magazines, coffee and water are available, and the t.v. was set to a nice innocuous nature show instead of something annoying like Jerry Springer. The two employees I spoke to, David and manager Boris were very courteous and seemed eager to help me. I was impressed and relieved nothing serious or expensive was wrong with my new car. read more
