DO NOT GO HERE. Ordered two all American cheeseburgers, Brownie sundae,and an order of fries. Did not receive the fries. Called to have the fries refunded and the manager called me a liar. The $3 or $4 for the fries is not important, but the fact that a manager thought it was ok to disrespect a customer in that manner-to call me a liar- is very much an issue. I will not be back and I would suggest anyone reading this avoid this place. I was given the refund for the fries, but honestly, after being called a liar, it does not matter. Food and wait staff have always been wonderful. My biggest complaint is the shuffleboard game in the restaurant. I don't think kids should be allowed to play the game, especially unsupervised. I had dinner recently and a group of small children were slamming the game pieces so hard, I'm amazed the game wasn't broken. I blame the parents for not discipling the kids, but I also think the restaurant shouldn't leave the game pieces out for kids to play with. read more

We ordered dinner and had it delivered with ASAP. I ordered the Steak Filet Wrap and it had so much flavor. We ordered the Fried Pickle Chips for an app and they were still hot and fresh. We used ASAP code LOCAL5 and saved money on having it delivered. read more

I just placed an order & ordered chicken tenders for my son & they delivered a burger instead that I ordered through the Waiter App. I called Just Wingin it back & the girl said the manager is gone right now & she would give him the message. I waited an hr & called back. The same girl answered & then gave me the manager who was very rude to say in the least. He tried to blame not getting the right food from Waiter Driver. He said Waiter Driver keeps making mistakes. I then said you guys are the ones my receipt is from not the Waiter Driver. The Waiter Driver also doesn't make my food.... you do! One of my favorite spots to grab wings and a beer or two. Tonight was not up to par, wings were really dry, like they were left under a heat lamp and forgot about for a while. I expect this at the gas station in Garyville, but not here. I took a quick look at the employees, and it appears they all have eyes that work, so I don't know what happened. Where to start, nobody would answer the phone so I went up there in person. Got there and, understandable considering the times, they were seriously understaffed. I ordered 12lbs of crawfish and was told 30 minutes. Ok, I left and called after 30 mins, to which I was told it would be at least 30 more minutes. The hostess was very sweet and nice, none of this was her fault. I said ok. Showed up 35 minutes later and they came out after about 5 minutes, so 30 turned into 70 minutes. That's not the worst part. The crawfish were undeniably the worst my wife, our friends, and myself have ever had. At almost $8 a pound. ZERO salt, or spice, or flavor. I went full Texas and doused them in Tony's. Hardly helped as these tasted like someone who thinks mayonnaise is spicy boiled them. As if this was the 10th batch without adding seasoning. Also, I was told that potatoes and corn came with, but there was none. Not sure I'll find out, but hopefully the wings are better than the crawfish. read more

First off the wings are very small and mine were cold like they had been sitting out all day and when I ordered they just tossed them in sauce. We've eaten here twice and really enjoyed our meals. I found the naked bone in wings quite good and really liked the Daytona sauce. The sweet potato fries were delicious. The salad was crisp and the sensation dressing quite good. Our hands-down favorite item is the tamales. 5 guys went here to eat for 6 pm. just a group of guys meeting for dinner at different locations thoughout BR. when we got there we told them a table for 5. they sat us at a table for 4 and brought a chair. I could have understood if they were busy. after we sat we asked if we could be moved to a larger table, the waiter came back and said that all the tables for 5 or more was taken..... plenty of tables for 4 (pull 2 together) and would have had plenty of room, the place had about 10 to 12 tables EMPTY, so why were we cramped?? we have went to places that REFUSE to seat parties of 8 or more during peak hours, therefore we don't go there, so I am assuming that this is the case here, so I won't be back read more

I write this hoping the owners take note and that i can come back and update this review because we live in the area and i do want this place to succeed! This place has great potential, very cute neighborhood joint with so many people living in the area. but as stated in other reviews they really have some kinks to iron out. The hostess staff seemed to have no idea what they were doing, the food took FOREVER to come out (and they were not very busy when we were there because i usually will give some slack if that's the case). They also need to figure out the sound system because when we got there music was BLARING but when the lsu game came on we could barely hear it and the server kept telling us that was as loud as the sound goes :/ The food: The wings were VERY good. the mozzarella sticks were also VERY good. Burger was over done and dry but it had really good flavor so next time i'm just going to ask for it medium and it should be fine. The fries however were AWFUL. I have two children (all kids love fries) and no one at our table touched our fries. Its like they were trying to be too cute and fancy with the fries and they were cut oddly which wouldn't matter except they were cold, not crispy and flavorless. Its a wing house and you gotta have good fries!! The table next to us were complaining about them as well. Please change them! ALL in ALL i do hope to come back and enjoy it more soon but many issues need to be addressed!! read more
