Since I was in a hurry, I didn't mention the air pressure again and ended up going to Discount Tire later to fix it. Another issue was with my information in their system. I'd never been there before, but somehow, they already had a profile for me with incorrect details. The name on my receipt was a mix of my last name and someone else's, and the email address on file wasn't mine at all, but they had my correct home address. I Thankfully, I asked for a printed receipt, or I wouldn't have caught this. My suggestion for the customer/shop is to double-check customer information in their system and verify it with the client to avoid confusion and ensure receipts go to the correct email address

They did let me know what my car dealership would have recommended, but we're honest enough to tell me what they believed I really need it. I sat in my car the whole time and it took about maybe 15 minute tops to get my oil changed. They did a multi point inspection while my oil was being changed. The two men attending me were very professional and courteous. I didn't realize that they offer other services like tire rotation. I brought my Kia Carnival in for a routine oil change -- the same vehicle that had a Take 5 "next oil change" sticker on the windshield due this month. Despite being a repeat customer, the store manager refused to service my vehicle and claimed it was due to a "corporate policy." That explanation turned out to be completely false. I contacted Take 5 corporate directly, and they confirmed there is no policy preventing them from servicing my vehicle. In other words, the explanation given at the store simply wasn't true. What makes it even more frustrating is that the location had zero customers at the time. Instead of providing service, employees were standing around while making up policies that corporate says do not exist. After years of choosing Take 5 for oil changes, this was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. If a location doesn't want to service a vehicle, they should be honest about it instead of blaming a nonexistent corporate policy.

Arrived at 6:45, once they opened I was 3rd in line, checked to make sure the tires I ordered were there, and took my keys once verification of the tires and appointment were done. Literally waited till 8:30 and they were done. Dre and his team, along with the front counter folks did a great job. Tires were affordable and so was the service.
