The one I'd used in Lake Mary wasn't particularly welcoming: I got the sense that they resent me getting it serviced there, but not buying the bike from them. These guys at Retro-City weren't like that. They were professional, friendly, and the prices were very fair. I had a bike tune-up and a new seat installed a few months ago, and it was like having a brand new bike. Later, when I was in the market for an eBike, I looked at the ones that they had, but nothing really spoke to me. I got one online instead. Lo and behold, putting it together was not QUITE as straightforward as I'd imagined. After a lot of struggles, one hurdle remained - I couldn't put the seat back together. Instead of doing it wrong, I decided to just take it to the experts. Within 10 minutes, they had it done for me - at no charge! Now, that's the way to win a customer, if not for life, for a very, very, long time. Keep up the good work, guys and gals!

After the maintenance and replacement of tires for all three bikes I have to say they look pretty close to brand new. I was amazed by the job that the bike text did at this place. While pricing was a little higher than I expected based on what they did for my bikes and having my bikes delivered to my house I'd say it was worth it. But the text at Trek bicycle did a fabulous job of not only cleaning my bikes and making the necessary maintenance and repairing of or replacing of my tires. But they're very knowledgeable on what they were doing and walked me through the process. When I had brought the bikes in initially. There were no hidden fees. No unnecessary charges. They were very straightforward and what they were offering and what they could do to service the bikes and get them back to riding condition.

I bought 2 bicycles for my wife and daughter at this shop. We had stopped in earlier to see what…read moresorts of deals they had, and almost pulled the trigger, but walked away so that we didn't make an impulsive buy. But this weekend we came back! The main reason we did was because of the excellent service and support that we got from the team at this store. I couldn't in good faith bring my business elsewhere. The patience, kindness and knowledge of the staff made me want to buy from them. Jovanny Cruz was a superb sales rep. I think my ladies must have ridden more than half the bikes in the store and Jovanny remained patient and encouraging to both of them, honestly trying to find a good fit. Andrew Fisher, the service manager for the store, was a wealth of knowledge and answered more the technical questions about the makeup of the bikes that made our short list. I look forward to working with him in the future for regular maintenance of all of our bikes. Bryan Kenny, the store manager, was helpful and supportive of his staff so that they could focus on the customers. He's a friendly guy and makes you feel welcomed there. The prices that day had deep discounts and we decided to get two bikes instead of one. We aren't sorry we did. Trek makes products that look and ride great. In the future, we will be visiting Trek for our cycling needs.

The perk about shopping in a local store? We could load up the kids in the trailer and make sure they fit snug and comfortably before buying it. The Trek Bicycle team ALSO assembled the item for us!
