Very bad gel manicure. Came off in less than 4 days because of poor technique (cuticle was not prepped properly and gels were applied over entire cuticle). Went back for a re-do, and same thing happened. They were also very very mean about it and said the issue was my thin nails. I've gotten gels at many salons and this has never happened. Generally, it's also good practice to not blame the customer for bad workmanship. Was told to "get out" as soon as my angry technician completed the re-do (which caused bleeding). Won't be going back, especially with all the other great salon options in the area. read more

I've been using this salon for years. They gave away my appt time without calling me, despite my being a regular customer. My sns manicure and pedicure took 2 hours and 15 minutes so I was in the salon for 2.5 hours for what should take 1.5 hours. When I mentioned that I was about to be late to a conference call because my service took 2 hours and 15 minutes, Jenny the owner actually laughed in response. Nope!!!! Worst gel manicure I have received in my adult life, and I get gel manicures every 2 weeks! Only $40 but you get what you pay for. I'm pretty sure the receptionist ended doing my nails. She didn't want to give me her name, I'm sure because even she realized what a disaster this experience was. Over 1 1/2 hours for a gel manicure! No idea how to shape the nail, had to ensure the cuticles were trimmed properly (only one nic, so that's a plus), the polish wasn't the color I selected initially. After making getting the correct color selection, I ended up with streaks because the polish is old and doesn't go on evenly. Yelp provides other salons, try one of those. I'm disappointed. I normally enjoy the process and love the end result, not today!!!!! read more

I tried this salon for the first time today and will not be going back. I made an appointment for a gel polish change and stated that when I arrived. The nail tech proceeded to give me a manicure with out asking my permission so that she could charge me more. This feels very rude and as if she took advantage of me. She claimed "this color won't look good if I dont trim the cuticles". This frustrated me because she charged me $15 more dollars for a service I did not ask for. read more

I wanted to like this place because it is the largest nail salon in the neighborhood. I made a reservation at 6:15, and showed up a few minutes early. All the technicians were busy, and one of them told me to wash my hands in the sink. After washing my hands and picking up a polish for my pedi, I waited a while till another technician came to help me soak my feet for pedi. I waited waited waited. The water in the soak tub was already cold. 30 minutes later, she came to dry my feet. At that point, I didn't want to do any business with this place. I just left there with my half dried feet with no pedi. It's ridiculous to wait over a half hour when you made a reservation. read more

This spa is under new management and has been completely renovated. The new owner has taken care to upgrade the massage chairs to the top of the line--great for me because I'm short and these actually hit the right spots in the right spot! Also, she's very innovative about cleanliness. She's using special disposable covers in the foot tubs, one-time use scrubbers, emery boards and other pedi tools. Also, the best SNS manicure I've ever had. My last one lasted six weeks! read more

Thuy is really amazing and I strongly recommend going to her! She gets the shape and length I want and gives amazing massages while your nails dry. The salon is a little more expensive than others but is worth it. I've brought several friends here and they have all been very happy with their experience as well. I went here this past Sunday 5/31/20 I wanted to get my brows done you know its the first day and things are starting to open up so you would think everyone one would bring their A game. But what I got was a Brow Nightmare! The technician didn't even use a Brow brush!!! Then there was the Johnson and Johnson baby powder! Dude they just paid a HUGE settlement out cause it causes cancer! I wouldn't recommend this shop to my Worst enemy. As a business owner, it's your responsibility to make sure your staff is properly trained before sending them out as your representation! First impression was great. I came through an appointment, asked me to wash my hands quick and picked a color. Requested acrylics with gel color and everything came out really nice. They have complied with the COVID requirements and everything has been great. I had to come back a few days later because a nail was chipping and wanted it fixed right away. I specifically called to make a reservation with Jenny for a pedicure. I was granted the reservation only to show up and be knocked off the list for another 'client' - then when I finally did get my appointment, it was a poor service. The water was cold. Jenny kept running back and forth to other technicians to make sure their work was ok, since those clients disliked their nails by other technicians. Jenny left a squirt of lotion on my leg without even rubbing it in for 10 minutes, while she ran around all over the place checking people in and chatting with other technicians. Too bad, because I was hoping for a nice experience. I won't be back ever. Disaster. Oh and the pedicure was rushed and my feet still don't feel smooth like other places with minimal attention to detail. Waste of money and time. read more

the experience was so negative. the woman doing my nails was extremely rude. every time I would move my hand even slightly, she would hit my hand and tell me to stop in a very snarky way. She was making comments about me to my own friends. Additionally, she didn't do any care for my nails at the beggining, she didn't even clean them. i sat down and she started glueing the nails on.
