We were stranded on the shoulder of a quiet rural two-lane road, far from home, and honestly didn't know what to do. I called Tesla Roadside Assistance, but they told me it would take about 90 minutes for a tow truck to arrive. After that, the car would have to be towed all the way to Rochester and left there until the next day. Since we were only on a 2-night, 3-day trip, it looked like our entire family vacation might be ruined. Then we found Sedam Tire, only a few miles away. Even though it was already near the end of their business day, the owner, Greg, and one of his staff members, Travis, actually came out to where we were stranded. The damaged tire was in a very difficult position near the edge of the pavement, but Travis literally got down on the ground and worked on the tire while sweating heavily in the heat. He worked incredibly hard to make a temporary repair and put enough air in the tire so that we could safely get the car to their shop. Once we arrived, they stayed and helped us replace the tire so we could continue our trip to Niagara Falls that same evening. What I will never forget is something Greg said: "I don't want anybody stranded." That one sentence tells you everything you need to know about Greg and the kind of business Sedam Tire is. And I especially want to thank Travis. Watching him lie down on the roadside, working on our tire and sweating through the whole process just to get our family safely back on the road is something I will never forget. Greg and Travis could easily have told us they were closing and that there was nothing they could do. Instead, they went out of their way to help a family of complete strangers who were stranded far from home. Because of Sedam Tire, what could have been a ruined family vacation became a wonderful trip that we were still able to enjoy. This was far beyond normal customer service. It was genuine kindness, compassion, and humanity when we desperately needed help. Greg and Travis, my family and I will never forget what you did for us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Not only did they replace our wheel with an almost exact match on our 14 year old car, they straightened our bent rim so that we could try using it as a full-sized spare once we get home. They were friendly and helpful and we felt in very good hands. In about 1 hour, they found, mounted and balanced the new wheel, straightened the old rim and sent us on our way. So straightforward and honest - they were looking at every option to keep the price down and get us the best value. These guys know their stuff and I would highly recommend them!!

I was towed from a "Business Patrons, 1 hour" section on a Saturday night. Businesses were closed…read more(except for the pizza spot), very few cars in the lot. I went back out after 1.5 hours to get a bag and check on my car, it was gone. I told the dispatcher I had a sound check for a show, the parking garage nearby is closed, businesses were mostly closed and no one was in the lot, and had returned to check on it it -- he initially felt bad but then became rude, stating it was $425 and wouldn't budge on price. Keep in mind, city tows are $275. I got there after my show at 12:30am -- just a truck sitting at the gate, no light, no office. The kid there said he was just about to leave. I asked for a receipt by text and never received a response. I also asked for the contract between the property management co and Kosiken's, no response. They could have written a ticket or put a boot on. This is legal theft & coercion.
