Several of them did it the second they began the job. The owner doesn't care and will turn it around to make you look like the problem. So, if you're cool with that, then go ahead and move forward with them. However, know that you'll be paying a premium price for a company and project crew that couldn't care less about disrespecting you or your property. Just an honest review. It's unfortunate, but if that's how Jeff wants to run the business, then that's his problem.

B.Hernandez Landscape delivered a spectacular, well‑managed solution. David coordinated everything with excellent communication especially with additional requests; Benito and the rest of the crew were punctual, respectful, and clearly skilled. They removed excessive tree roots, trenched and built a sturdy retaining wall to protect the tree, regraded the yard to ensure proper slope for water runoff, and created two attractive flower beds with enriched soil and black mulch. They laid sod across multiple curb strips and the front of the house, carefully blending seams and finishing edges. Their quote was by far the fairest among five contractors we interviewed, and the workmanship shows it. With extra sod available they even took additional time to install over a curb strip for me. They cleaned up meticulously and even power washed the sidewalks. This team went above and beyond to support my request. I'll do my best to convey what an incredible experience this has been but I feel I may fall short. It's been beyond extraordinary; 1) the team, 2) the design, 3) the execution, 4) the management, 5) the customer service, 6) the follow up. It started with a couple questions which (believe it or not), not one other builder we met with asked, "What did you have in mind? Who are you looking to entertain?" Simple questions but never having had a pool, we didn't know what we wanted. What we did know was that our backyard would be challenging since our house sits on top of a major slope. In fact, many of the builders we met with (high end luxury builders at that) didn't even want to tackle the slope issue. Instead, they recommended we tear down a number of trees to get to where the ground levels before building. Pristine not only tackled the slope issue, they embraced it and built a resort that makes you feel at one with nature. As I sit in the hot tub and look out over the space they've created, I feel as I'm sitting in a tree house. It's truly breathtaking.
