The service was friendly, and they gave me a sample of their bulgogi and spicy chicken. Unlike other poke spots, K-Town poke lets you create your own poke bowl, a Korean-style bowl, or both, but I decided to take the safe route. Truthfully, I should've expanded my taste buds a bit and ordered a Korean bowl rather than a poke bowl. Overall, the ingredient quality was definitely up there, and they were extremely generous with their portions. I will say, though, that they were a bit heavy-handed with the rice... nonetheless, if I'm in the area again, I'd give their Korean bowls a chance since their poke was so delicious. Run don't walk to K-Town Poke! This poke restaurant in Rice Village offers humungous servings of delicious and fresh fish, veggies, rice, and all the fixings for an affordable price. Uniquely, they also offer several kinds of Korean BBQ as an additional protein option. The service was great! Rick gave us plenty of time to make our choices; he also gave us some awesome recommendations and let us try whatever we wanted before we settled on something specific! Our bowls were HUGE! I felt stuffed by the time I got to the bottom of my bowl. The fish was fresh and marinated in a yummy sauce. All the veggies were crisp and fresh. I especially liked the yellow pickled daikon (my fiancé preferred the red). K-Town lets you load up on whatever you want. The only thing I paid extra for was the avocado. Quick dinner stop! It was kinda a random pick, but good! The fish and protein was good pretty fresh and they had a really good selection of add-ons to pick from. I think for the price too it's pretty average of around the city. But the portion sizes here were really good! Like I had trouble finishing it all. We've been near this place before, but never really got a chance to try it. I am so glad we tried it. They offer incredibly fresh and delicious fish, meats, and toppings. We were debating what to get since everything looked so good. One of the employees there gave us samples of the meat and fish. Their prices are reasonable for the portion that they give. Their interior is clean, with plenty of seating available for those who want to dine in. For the most part, I see a lot of people ordering to-go. One thing I wish they would do is maybe add a bit more sauce or allow you to adjust how much sauce you want to add to your bowl, because my bowl could have used a bit more sauce in it. read more

Came here for the BOGO bowls for their grand opening which are normally $16 after tax. I got a tuna/salmon bowl which had pretty generous portions of fish and then a cooked salmon/shrimp bowl which only had 2 measly pieces of salmon - I pointed out how there was a discrepancy in the fish quantity but they said it was their policy. They also only allow 2 sides (edamame, seaweed salad, crab salad) which is a bit stingy as well. As for the flavor, it was ok- I would have liked their raw cucumber to be cut more thinly and pickled instead and for the sauces to be distributed in the fish/toppings more (other places stir the fish and sauce w the sauce before putting in the bowl with your base). I prefer other poke places more flavor wise and price wise. The beef bulgogi didn't look great but I didn't try it. read more

Amazing poke spot for any poke-lover. Great value for price. The spicy tuna was one of the best I've had at a poke shops, super well-marinated (you know it's good when you can just eat it on its own without any of the sauces). Also, I paid $15.5 for a HUGE bowl that filled me up; I have to say this kind of price to quantity ratio is super hard to come by at poke shops these days. Also, the restaurant has Korean bowls with cooked food options as well and their beef is great (I got a sample!). Speaking of sample, the staff is super nice, offering me a piece of each protein to try since it's my first time there. They even checked on me during my meal and offered more sauces if needed! Went to k-town poke to fuel myself for a night of studying. They are a relatively new poke shop in rice village. I had a 20% discount from when they first opened and finally put it to use. I got the build your own poke bowl which includes 2 proteins and 2 sides. I got white rice with salmon and classic tuna, crabmeat, and spicy crabmeat. I got every vegetable except jalapeños and red cabbage. I topped it with eel sauce, spicy mayo, wasabi aioli, and k-town shoyu. For toppings I got everything except mango, wasabi, and ginger. They fill the bowls to the brim here. I also got free miso soup for following them on IG. The salmon here is really good quality, I can clearly tell the difference between this and other locations. Classic tuna is solid as well. I was intrigued by their spicy salmon because it was actually in chunks instead of grounded up. They have improved since the last time in adding more sauce.
