If I could give this place 0 stars I would !!! Kayla gave the absolute worst service you could ever imagine !!! Completely rude and unprofessional with the most nastiest attitude! I honestly couldn't believe her behavior! We had a soccer Christmas party booked with her & half of our kids couldn't race because they only had 1 cart working and she said " well that's too bad I don't care it's not my fault " I am never one to complain or leave a review but her behavior was unacceptable! Those who were able to ride were made to wait so those walking in could go before them , we paid for 2 12 laps and when they only got 1 race we asked if they can go their second race she said NO I don't care & allowed other people to race before them. When we asked for the manager she said it's me K-A-Y-L-A & spelled it out to us ! We will not be returning! & There is much much more that made this experience absolutely horrible !! read more

I don't know if this is in other branches, but its horrible! I went to my siblings to this place and my yonger siblings were like 8-10 ages old I was 12 or 11 at that time and it was a Sunday I went to k1 speed and they said no kids were allowed to race on Sundays we were so upset my brother started crying I was upset but didint cry. And that's why I HATE k1 speed this is my opinion though,don't judge. read more

NO LONGER POLE POSITION RACEWAY The new business at this location is K1 Speed and they did not disappoint! My family and I came her last month prior to the change and it was not a good experience. After our most recent visit, on a Sunday morning, we were pleasantly surprised of the new business change. Fortunately, the outstanding manager, Joshua C. was there and more than happy to update us on all the new changes. As always, he was very patient with explaining the yearly membership program and other fun activities in the place. He really cares about your experience being exceptional and was very kind. If you had an old annual membership with the other company, K1 Speed will still honor the credits you have. You will just need to purchase a new annual membership with K1 Speed. It is going to be well worth the switch because it honestly felt like an upgrade. Chris was absolutely wonderful at explaining the new changes coming like moving the arcade and adding a bar area for drinks and food. Chris was very nice and helpful with explaining the process of signing the waivers needed to be filled out by all racers prior to the race at their kiosk. He helped us get our head protectors needed to wear under the helmets as well. The track barriers are shorter now for easier viewing of the track. The lounge are tables updated to larger tables for big parties. The staff were very friendly and kind. Checked in with 5 guest for 3 rides each and paid over $350 then was told we have to wait 2 hours because they had 2 parties reserved. The last person of the party showed up after we paid and then we were notified of the 2 hour wait. Will not go back to this location. read more

A bit pricey but worth the fun! There's a lot of turns so it can be difficult to enjoy and a full speed ride unless you're ahead or with less people. The employees are very friendly! read more

Told the wait was an hour and forty-five minutes. It's been about 2 hours now -- still waiting. 6+ TVs yet none of them show where our names are on the list. Racing is fun though. We came here today for my son's birthday and one of his friends had a really bad accident on our first race on the third lap. The staff we attentive and quick to respond. The lady at the front desk told my wife this happens all the time. I requested a refund for our unused races but the manger on duty Joshua refused saying they don't do refunds but they we will have credits for races in our account when we come back. Do you think this poor kids is coming back?!? Accidents happen and you know it's risky. That's part of what makes it fun but come on, a no-refund policy for something like this? I wouldn't even be upset if they charged us for this half of a race but now we are out $172. It's a joke. read more

Tonight. July 28 2020. I'll have to admit I was a little disappointed. It's Tuesday, BOGO all day, but the girl at the counter said she had never heard of such a thing. Got it straight finally, but it was a bit awkward. More disappointing though was the lack of safety measures Covid-19 related. The last time I was here tables and chairs were constantly cleaned. Social distancing was evident. Not tonight every. Very few guests are wearing maxks. It 's not being enforced. It's not getting cleaned as before. I hate writing bad reviews but man, this place really missed the mark. The staff is very unattentive, and frankly extremely slow. The whole process from waivers, to purchasing races is very unorganized. They don't have prices listed from afar, so you have to quickly choose from a piece of paper once you're actually at checkout. My party arrived at 745pm. Our scheduled races were 840pm, 920pm, and 930pm. Okay an hour wait, kinda long but doable. The 840 race didn't happen until 930pm. They were about 4 races behind schedule. They don't tell you this when youre purchasing the packages. I didn't actually even use my 920 and 930pm races since they wouldn't have happened till closer to 1030pm. This was a whopping $111.00 dollars that I'm out on They also don't offer refunds, they gave me "credit that can be used at a later time". I understand a reasonable "no refund policy", but when your business is running off of a posted schedule, and fails miserably to meet that, there should be room for exceptions. read more

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! i love go karting but the experience here was horrible!! We walked in and the day started off with bad customer service, the female employee had her back to us and didn't even notice we were waiting to be assisted while the facility was not even busy it was almost empty (now i get why!!!). The employees weren't paying very good attention at the front desk at all and were eating snacks/candy in our faces while chatting and laughing amongst themselves. I thought that was so unprofessional. The reason we went was to redeem an exclusive bundle for the day that included food. After the races we went to ask about the food that was included and that's when they informed us they don't even serve food at this location, to which we replied "that's fine! can we just get a refund please" and they told us No because it was part of the package we purchased. They should have told us they didn't even serve food there?????!!!! The food basically cost the same amount as a race! Which was a waste of money! Never going back again. This place used to be a Pole Position, but honestly glad it got bought out. It may have been cheaper, but so was the experience. This place looks WAY better, and the carts are a huge improvement. Just a simple difference of having a break light on the carts makes it much easier to have a good time. The person monitoring the race also takes the time to actually tell slower carts to move over for people going faster too. Edit: I just remembered something I wanted mention. PLEASE drive safely if you're new to any sort of driving, especially if it's racing. I saw two new drivers collide (not at this location) and one flew over the other (yes a go kart flew through the air, I don't know how either). My recommendation if you're new: listen to the safety briefings, move over for others who are driving faster, and pay attention to your surroundings if you want yourself and others to have a good time without injury. read more

First time here and exceeded my expectations. Prices are pretty reasonable but the thing that makes it worth it is that you go more than 10 times around the track -- some places you go only like 3-5 times around. They have arcade games for those who don't want to drive too. Definitely worth coming if go karting is your thing or want to try something new! read more

Great facility. Our local Murrieta location closed a few months back and now Corona is the closest track. Took my son last week and we had a blast. It was pretty busy but we still got two races done in the first hour. Staff was attentive and controlled the racing chaos. Safety concerns are clear and they did a great job of monitoring the racers and keeping everything safe. Safety doesn't mean boring. This is a blast! read more

Two hours passed and we still haven't raced. On top of that, besides the friendly young lady at the counter, every one of their employees treated us with the utmost disrespect. ESPECIALLY the Operations Manager named Chris. He has no professionalism whatsoever. How he's even a manager at an entertainment center? I have no clue!! He yelled and disregarded us without a chance to explain or speak. The kid who worked the tracks with Chris had no idea what he was doing. He kept either deleting or pushing our line up back. Our kids never got to race. They patiently watched the screen and every time they thought they were next, the worker bumped up another group of kids ahead of us. The general manager at the front desk did his best to listen to our concerns but did nothing to address it. For the owner of Pole Position- PLEASE train your staff properly so another family does not have to deal with the same issue we did. read more

*DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED* I was racing here on my birthday, we got there at around 11:23 and we got checked it at 12:03. When I was in my first race I was in kart 51, KEEP 51 IN MIND. Also won race 2, race 3 I was only 3 seconds away from best lap time in this location, and I could've won the best lap time. Then the final race came and I was put in kart 51 again. I got out there and the green flag came out and I was going like 5 mph and the kart was also SUPER tight, and the previous time I drove it it was smooth. And I could see the flag girl slow down my kart with a remote and she was laughing. And in just pointing at my kart to her and she just shrugged at me! Then she speeds up my kart and my lap was only a second and a half away from best lap time. Then I'm right behind the little girl about to pass her on the outside, and my kart slows down again!!! I think they just wanted to crash my fun because they obviously don't want me to beat the little girl. No one should be able to be faster than the other person! Absolutely love this place for the youngun's in our family. We went for the first time today in a very long time. Probably since they switched over from Pole Position (which we also loved BTW). They redid the place and it's is very nice inside! New cars and and very clean. Ms. Chloe and Mr. Emilio were VERY thorough in explaining everything, checking for safety and just a very positive attitude with us in general. You could tell they really like their jobs, the sport itself, and really wanted our kids to be safe and have a good time. Well will most definitely be back.....very soon. read more

I visited on 4/2/2021 from 1pm to 2:30pm. I have been to the Murrieta location many times but this was my first time here. Pros: -The employees were friendly and helpful. -The racing was fun. -The employees were all masked. -The bathrooms were clean. -There was hand sanitizer at the race results table. Cons: -It is expensive unless you find a discount. -Nothing was sanitized while I was there - not the helmets, video games, karts, tables, ... - nothing. -Of the 25 customers inside only 6 were masked and 3 of those were me and my 2 sons. -You get a 12 lap race but the first 1-2 laps are spent getting all the karts on track and going VERY SLOWLY. I have several race vouchers which expire in June 2021 but will not return until I am vaccinated. This is not a safe place to be during covid-19. read more

This place is pretty cool. Came here on a whim with family and everyone had a blast. 12 laps for 10 bucks. They also have a membership deal where you get 3 laps and a free shirt and other promos for a package deal. A regular told us that you can pay 100 bucks for unlimited laps, which is not that bad because the laps start and end quick! There's arcade games and tables and a snack bar but they do not serve hot food. Just chips, candy, other small snack foods. They sell water and soda as well. The games don't spit out tickets so it's a bummer for smaller kids. I would even say that kids 7 and under might not like it. I think there's a height requirement to ride the carts (even the small ones). I have no complaints as it was fun but I wish they served hot food because it IS FREEZING COLD INSIDE. This place is heaven in those hot So-Cal summers but holy moly, it felt like 50 degrees in this place. If you're racing you don't feel it but if you sit them out you definitely will. 10/10 recommend this place but come full and warm otherwise it might not be so fun. read more

Experience was great thank God it was indoors and air-conditioned but one thing that drives me insane even within my own household is when the air conditioning is on and someone has a door open their back door. Exit door was open. What's the point of having an AC on? also, when little kids are on the threshold of not being able to drive because they don't meet the height requirement, they need to be explained the gas and break over and over again. Ontario is a better location in my opinion, the employees at Corona talk trash often about how Ontario is and after going to see if those rumors were true I found out they were false. Advertised 45mph speeds. What a joke. Under-maintained and karts aren't periodically inspected. the fact that I drove two karts that the pedal bottomed out as I'm trying to brake? in the middle of race battling an opponent, his steering wheel turned but his kart didn't. Excessive shaft play and kept pulling to the left. Had to stop the race for a few minutes while employees rush another kart out. Karts batteries don't last the full length of the race, they die out halfway or at the end of the race. Karts are clearly set up for employees who work there and use them when ever available as they have certain and specific numbers karts they pick and go through the effort of pulling them out of the middle of the lane. I keep saying I won't come back. I comeback with the hope that they change things for the better. But same disappointment. We'll see how next time turns out. read more
