If I can give this place a ZERO I definitely would. By far the WORST SERVICE EVER! All because of one older blonde hostess at the door. I have never been so disgusted by someone's behavior. It occurred tonight (10/10) around 8pm, we enter the Restaurant and this kind gentleman I think his name was Mohammed, states he will have a table for two ready for us. Then a few seconds later she comes right behind him and states in a rude manner there's no table for us not knowing he already spoke to us! She didn't even ask us if we had a reservation. Once we told her the gentlemen already stated he does have a table for us, she looked REALLY upset with him. We were so confused where her attitude towards us stemmed from, we were polite and respectful and honestly excited to dine there. She later comes back and says there would be a table in the other dining area, which we didn't mind honestly as long as hookah was allowed since we were celebrating a bday and not to mention drove 6 hours from the bay! The hostess said yes we can smoke hookah there. We get seated and we're about to order when we ask the waitress (super sweet Sara) if we can order our hookah which she says it isn't allowed. We tell her the hostess said it was ok when she then went to go and confirm and surprise surprise the hostess said no. After that, we honestly couldn't spend our money there. I went to Kababji tonight for Mothers Day and he treated our family like a VIP. His service and care is truly unmatched. He gave the best Mothers day experience to my mom. The staff was attentive and made sure we received everything we needed and more. Eventhough they were very busy, they still brought our food on time full of flavor. My coworkers recommended this restaurant since they order the food via uber eats all the time. I took my family. We had a bit of a hard time finding the place via navigation since it was located in the back of the shopping area, but that may just be me and my driving. I came at an off time but it was still pretty crowded. It seemed very authentic with many locals eating there. They seated us quickly and our server was really nice. We ordered 6 different types of kabobs and a half chicken. It came with delicious fluffy bread/pitas to eat our kabobs with and 2 different dips. The food was excellent. My son said the half chicken had a lot of sauce on it but he ate everything. I also had the cinnamon tea and my kids had what looked like fresh lemonade. It was quite sour but I really liked it. We ordered a family meal advertised as serving five people, added two extra portions of meat, ordered additional sides, and my daughter ordered a separate meal for herself. Even with all of that, the portions were not enough for even three people. The food was brought out without any utensils, and by the time we finally received them, the food was already cold. The restaurant promotes that they serve warm, house-made pita bread, but the bread arrived very late and was still cold, as if it had just been taken out of the freezer. The overall service was very poor. On top of that, we were overcharged. My daughter ordered a sandwich, but we were charged for a combo meal. When we asked about it, we were told that "everything is included in the sandwich," which did not make sense. Considering the high prices, the food quality and service were completely unacceptable. My sister went there with her husband the week before and had a similar experience and said the food tasted like there was metal in it, they also got up and left half way through their dinner.
