This is the chicken kabobs meat. Most places I go have real chicken so I was surprised. I couldn't eat it. Not real sure what it was

The food is horrible. I ordered a Greek Salad with the kabobs chicken on the side. Its hard to ruin a Greek salad but not using Kalamata olives is one way. Boring black olives. The chicken was some sort of processed durivative of chicken I think. It was rubbery almost. Service was great.

10/10: love Mediterranean food in general but the flavors were really spot on in this dish! Will eat here again if I'm in the area!

Great portions and flavor was on point here! I got chicken shawarma with couscous, spicy hummus and tabouli. My sister got the beef kabobs with the same sides as me. Food was brought out fast and the girl at the register was nice and was ready to answer any questions we had. Plenty of seating as well.

I ordered the chicken shawarma salad around 8:30 PM, just wanting a quick, protein-packed meal. When I got home, I weighed the chicken, it came out to about 130 grams, which was great in theory. But as you can see in the photo, I couldn't eat a good 30% of it. The chicken was incredibly dry, chewy, and had a texture like dried skin, completely unappetizing and inedible. The total came out to $20 because I had to pay an extra $1.50 just to get tzatziki dressing. Maybe I'm spoiled, but dressing should be included with a salad. For that price, I expected better quality and consistency. Disappointed overall.

Ordered late night 830pm on 6/4/25. We paid $5 for a variety of extra sauces and once again they didn't give us the sauces we paid for. 2nd times they've done this and screwed up our pick up order, and when we brought it up before they gave no recognition or offer to refund. It's the same girl and guy working the late night shift who clearly doesn't double check to make sure everything is there or pay attention to the orders. Won't ever order from them again, they just lost a long time customer.

Kabob House is hard to beat! Their service is quick and the food is amazing. My sister and I both got the beef kabob plate. The kebab was juicy and flavorful, the rice was delicious, and the tabbouleh was very fresh! This is my new spot for a quick fix of mediterranean food in San Diego.

Service was good over the phone ordering. Food was done in the time stated and location overall clean but very dim lit. This was most basic and plain tasting kabob i've had and im far from picky when it comes to food. The kabob had zero seasoning and I mean ZERO, I feel I could visit any other kabob shop here in SD after having this and it would be better.

You can quite literally, taste the freshness of the bread and each pairing sauce that came with. The beef kabobs were a little overcooked, but the chicken kabobs were absolutely PERFECT. They were juicy and seasoned so well. We left so full and pleased with our experience on that end. What I didn't appreciate so much was the service. Throughout the hour and a half we were there, we were only checked up on once. The table behind us had the same server and he was constantly going up to them to ask if they needed anything, or if they would like any additional cocktails. Meanwhile, it was my sister's birthday and her drink sat empty for the remainder of our dinner. Despite it all, I would come again. I can't miss out on the sexy experience and yummy food. But, I would definitely need better service.

The menu was a bit confusing, but I know that I like grilled veggies and Greek salad and then Ike was able to pick my protein that I wanted so that seemed easy enough. The base price with falafel or chicken Shawarma was Close to $16 but since I chose the meat, they added two dollars to my total. It took about 10 minutes for them to assemble my meal, but my veggies were cooked fresh on the stove, which was really nice. They tasted very freshly cooked just as they would as if I had cooked them myself at home. I was there about 1245 on a Monday and there were a few people there and they had some takeout orders so my order took about 10 minutes before I could walk out the door with it. They had a nice condiment bar where you could pick out some yogurt with dill sauce and then they're famous garlic yogurt sauce, as well as a jalapeño sauce And another spicy hot one that I would never try. When I got back to the jury room to eat my meal, I saw that there was a nice quantity of the fresh salad and the grilled vegetables but the meat was piled high! The employees were working efficiently and the place was spotless and orderly.

The lady working there didnt greet us, ask us if we are eating in or taking out, she just stood and stared at us until we said something. It was a tad awkward. Rest of our time there was a bit similar, it just seemed like she really didn't want to be there. Second, the food was so bad. We got chicken shawarma wraps and they were 50% sauce, and the rest was lettuce, tomato, and boiled unseasoned chicken. My friend and I tried so hard to eat it but wow.. honestly worst wrap of my life. It was also on happy hour but we got charged full price anyway. At that point we were ready to go so didnt even argue the extra charge it was just a bad experience overall. Im so confused about all the good reviews! Maybe we just got the wrong thing..
