The bag with the bread. Nice warm bread when it first came out.

This was the first time I came here even though we have been to Liberty Station many times. The menu is pretty simple. You can order a wrap, bowl, or salad. I chose the bowl with chicken with 3 toppings and 2 sauces. Then you have a choice of lettuce or rice or half and half. The portion size is generous and the food was pretty good! Very casual atmosphere. There are a few tables in this specific areas in Liberty Station. Because it's not in the main section of the Public Market, it's a little less crowded. I enjoyed that. The service was okay. While taking our order, the person kept talking to her friend and seemed annoyed when we tried to ask questions.

Tucked away in the back of the Liberty Station Public Market, Kebab Craft is a reliable source of shawarma & gyro offerings in pita, bowl, plate, salad form. They also have some chef's creations on the menu including loaded fries. Service was fine. The cashier seemed a little overwhelmed but she was friendly & working hard. This is just a counter/kiosk inside the public market so you can take your food to-go or sit inside or outside at any available table. My bowl was amply portioned & delicious. I appreciated that most if the topping choices were included and there was only an upcharge if you wanted to add avocado. Everything was very fresh and tasty! The sauces were good too! The tea was also delicious and unsweetened -just the way I like it! Plenty of parking in the many adjacent parking lots.

Good food made to order, so they call your name when it ready. Very busy here but we had a good place to eat there. My salad and dressings Was creamy cilantro dressing And had a chicken shawarma bowl half and half salad & rice. My Bf she had the same half and half but she got different toppings We really enjoy this very clean food. And I had leftovers too

I finally made it to the Kebab Craft. I am a kebab fan but for this visit, I ordered the chicken shawarma pita sandwich. I heard good things about the pita bread they use and it did not disappoint. When you order the pita sandwich, you choose you protein or falafel, and your veggies and sauce. I went with chicken, lettuce, red onions, black olives, chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, and feta cheese with the tzatziki sauce. It was a very good sandwich. My favorite parts were the tender well seasoned chicken shawarma and the super soft tasty pita bread. It was one of the better pita breads of experience in San Diego. All the ingredients in the sandwich were fresh and flavorful. I liked that they put a good amount of feta cheese in the mix, but just a little more chicken would have been nice. Oh yes, they need to make sure they check their sauces before they serve them. The tzatziki sauce was broken and should of been creamier. The service was friendly. This location is in the Liberty Public Market so there's plenty of parking and seating available.

    Bowl.

This was the worst bowl and experience of my life. Firstly, I stood there for about 5 minutes and the kid working was sweeping right in front of me. I finally said "are you open?" He rolled his eyes, said yes, didn't change his gloves and put in my order. I should've walked away right when he didn't change his gloves. The bowl itself was made by another young kid that looked like he hated his life. When it was finished, no one called me up. I had to go to the counter and the kid who was sweeping completely ignored me and gave another order that was made afterward--to a man btw (low-key misogynistic vibes). Now, the bowl quality: I couldn't even finish it. There was rotten produce in it, the meat was dry, the rice was hard. It was disgusting. I wanted to go get my money back but I didn't have the energy to be a Karen so I reluctantly threw it away which I felt guilty about. Hopefully I don't get the explosive diarrhea parasite from the few bites I took. 0/10 don't recommend.

Plate with rice base. Gyro meat with feta and red onion. Grilled Veggies. Cheese Rolls.

This little place is located in the liberty public market between the sushi stand and the mini donut company. I ordered the gyro plate with a rice base, grilled veggies and the cheese rolls and it was so good. The pita is so fluffy and nice, the meat was good and the rolls were so crispy and yummy. The staff was nice and it's quieter in that section of the market and not in the middle of everything. I'll definitely go back!

Inside of Liberty Station Market picked up lunch and their menu looked good! so first you choose your base Pita Sandwich, Bowl or Plate... I picked the Plate that comes with rice or lettuce and 2 small sides , then your protein I picked the chicken kebabs lil on the salty side and not overly cooked great! for my sides I did pick Falafel 2pcs and Hummus & pita DELICIOUS! They also have desserts and drinks , Chef Creations like loaded fries, messe platter , greek salad and a burrito check it out!

This was legit amazing. Probably some of my favorite Mediterranean food I've had in San Diego. Flavorful, healthy, and plenty of customizable options. Quick and easy.

Ordered a plate of their chicken kabob and the order was taken by someone very knowledgeable who guided me through the entire process. There was a lot of food and everything was delicious. A plate has two sides and other staples like pita bread and rice so plan to share unless you are really hungry.

I love a good middle eastern/Mediterranean spot! So I went and I wasn't disappointed. The Kebab Shop is a small fast casual place that does middle eastern type of food, they have a lot of wraps and gyro type of things on their menu but the also have plates that come with a salad, rice, a protein, and a pita. That's what I decided to get, but I will say the wraps looked amazing. I ordered the Mediterranean plate. It came with a Greek salad, saffron rice, 1 protein and a half of pita. For the proteins I decided I wanted the beef/lamb mix, the stuff that you see in gyros a lot, and I added a extra kofta for $6. Maybe a little steep but it was made fresh and was good. The restaurant also had a bar full of their sauces so you could add what you wanted to your meal to make it perfect! The meat was hot and well seasoned and juicy, especially the kofta. I would probably just get two pieces of this next time. The Lamb beef mix was good but nothing amazing. The salad was awesome with feta cheese on it and cucumbers and a great Greek dressing. The rice was well seasoned and had great saffron flavor. The bad? Well the amount of rice they gave you was surprising. There was so much rice. So much, and the amount of pita they gave you. You got half of a pita but really a need a full pita. Overall I would come and eat here again. It was a little expensive but I did get a lot of food. Overall it's a win!!
