They have multiple sauces advertised in front of the register. When asked about those, she would not explain to us how many sauces will come with our food, what are those sauces, and if we have to pay extra to try those sauces. After asking several times, we had to just give up and just wait for the food to see what sauce(s) are included. It turns out that they, by default, only gives out 1 small green sauce with each order! Why such a small size of sauce and why assume everybody will prefer the green sauce over the others is beyond my understanding. If they are only giving out green sauce and not bothered to ask customers for their preference then why advertised all the other sauces in front of the register? Just ask and explain about those sauces to customers at the time of ordering so there will be no confusion. How difficult is that? Simple and basic customer service was missing at this place. I hope owner/manager will notice this review, pay attention to the details, and take some kind of action with that African American lady, so hopefully others will not suffer like us. I am not sure if I will go back again or recommend this place to others or not.
