The ambiance of this place was very nice and neat with the anime on the walls, the service was good waitress was nice, maybe should've checked on us (my wife and I) to see how we were doing but she was kind. The ramen was just ok in my opinion. I've had a lot of ramen all over the city and this one was just mediocre. Something about the broth tasted a little on the salty side, the noodles were al dente but almost seemed like it came from frozen, it didn't taste fresh to me. I think if anything the ingredients should be more on the fresh side.

Overall great spot to come and enjoy some ramen in Sky Canyon area. The pre-busing of the table was a little aggressive, but overall the food and staff was friendly. The menu has plenty to choose from and was priced very well.

We had an early dinner at this spot because a friend had recommended this spot. It's a small restaurant with a chill vibe. We got the basic ramen dishes which were good but nothing special. It definitely filled our bellies!! I can't remember much as this was a few months ago! Overall good spot!

Dope Art. Love coming in here. Ramen cravings away from china town no problem. Skye Canyon new yummy spot absolutely lived up to the hype. The broth was incredibly rich and creamy without being too heavy, and you can really taste the depth of flavor in every spoonful. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the toppings were fresh and well-balanced. The chicken was tender, and everything just worked together so well. Cozy atmosphere, great service, and definitely worth coming back for. If you love flavorful, comforting ramen -- this is a must-try. Seafood Boil was delish and everything else

First time visiting Kagari Ramen and it did not disappoint! We came on a Monday evening, and the place was super cute inside--anime art on the walls gives it such a fun, cozy vibe. The menu is honestly amazing if you're with a group. There's something for everyone: ramen, fried rice, rice bowls, sushi, seafood boils, bento--you name it. My friend and her fiancé are regulars here (they come weekly for the ramen!), so I had high expectations going in. I was in the mood for something a little lower carb, so I ordered the spicy seafood boil with half a pound of head-on shrimp. It was super flavorful and hit the spot. I also tried the shrimp tempura roll, which was decent--not bad, but not super memorable either. The spicy edamame and fries were a hit with everyone though! Service was friendly from start to finish. I especially appreciated that our waitress asked us upfront if we wanted separate checks--such a small thing but so helpful, and you don't see it often!

First time visit to Kagari, won't be last! Love the decor! Anime wallpaper and music transported you to Japan for a moment! Service was attentive but the food took longer than expected, it was a busy time at 6:00 pm. Ordered the Beef. Brisket ramen and was a little disappointed on the amount of meat in the bowl. The flavor of the broth was savory and not too salty. The Bok Choy was cooked perfectly and the egg was amazing! My family thought the Black Garlic Ramen could have been a bit more garlicky but it was delicious! The shoyu ramen had large round slices of pork and a nice clear broth. We will return soon!

First time trying this restaurant as a new Las Vegas resident living just minutes away. I ordered the Deluxe Ramen (mild spice) and the shrimp tempura sushi roll. The space itself is on the smaller side--definitely not ideal for large parties. I'd say it's best for 4 people comfortably, maybe 6-8 max, and even then it's a bit tight. The waitstaff was friendly, and my ramen came out within about 10 minutes, with the sushi roll following shortly after. The ramen was great--mild, not heavy, and full of flavor. I really enjoyed it. The sushi roll, however, was just okay. The shrimp itself was fine, but the rice didn't seem fresh. It was noticeably drier than normal, which made it feel like it may have been made with day-old rice. That said, I'll definitely be back to try more of their ramen options, as that was a strong point. I'm just a bit skeptical about ordering sushi again and hoping it won't be disappointing next time.

Searched for a nearby ramen noodle restaurant and Kagari Ramen came up on Yelp. Great place! It is located in a new shopping center in Sky Canyon. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in. Nicely decorated with manga artwork. Staff were very friendly. We ordered a variety of sushi and miso ramen. Everything we tried was delicious. Will definitely return.

I absolutely love Kagari! I'm always looking forward to coming. It has so much variety from sushi, seafood boil, or Ramen. Everyone has options and will be happy. They also have great prices and specials.

I really enjoyed this place. Service definitely deserves 10 stars!!! The hostess was super nice and very informative, giving great suggestions on the menu. The young man serving us was very polite and nice. The ambiance was great! I loved the anime wallpaper and the Japanese feel. The food was good. My husband and I both got the lunch special which includes a bowl of Ramen, tempura shrimp/pork gyoza, and a drink for $19.95. I ordered the veggie Ramen with soy broth and my husband got the chicken ramen with chicken broth. Apparently you can choose whichever broth you want, there are quite a few choices. We both enjoyed our Ramen. Mine needed just a tad bit more salt or soy sauce but still pretty good. I think I will try the miso broth next time. Oh yea, we also had the sesame balls. They were good, just a little chewy but I still enjoyed them. Overall, I really enjoyed this place. I will definitely be back just due to the service alone! I would like to come back to try other things in the menu. Maybe next time I'll try the sushi rolls. Y'all should try them too Oh and they do offer a military discount.

We tried out Kagari for Valentine's Day and we were very pleased with the outcome. They don't take reservations which we weren't sure about the wait time but luckily we got a table right away. The staff was very friendly and very quick to get our drinks and order. They were very helpful explaining some of their most popular dishes which we took their advice! The overall theme where we sat was anime Dragon Ball Z themed which was awesome and felt cozy. The food came out pretty quick so lunch service I'm sure is quick as well. The prices are very affordable and we even tried out extra dishes to get a good idea on what we wanted in the future. We highly recommend their sushi overall. Items we got: Krazy samurai roll Tonkotsu Black Garlic Ramen Curry Rice with chicken katsu curry 100% give this place a try!

Seafood Ramen and Krazy Samural Roll! Awesome...

One of the best Ramen places I've been to in Vegas. And there is much more than just Ramen, although it would be great just as that. The sushi roll selection surpasses other Ramen places that just do the generic selections of rolls. Absolutely recommend this restaurant.

There's always a wait, because the place is tiny but the wait never seems too long and it is worth it. My favorite is the miso ramen with a side of the eggs. Their eggs are a must have. It won't be complete without it. Sometimes, we get a side of fried rice with it and that is also amazing too. Only down side is the parking. For me, it's a hit or miss. I may come at a time where there seems to be a few open spaces and other times, I would have to circle the lot and the street to find parking. Either way, I don't mind because the prize is waiting for me at Monta.

Every since Menya Musashi closed down, we had to visit Jinya every so often. Ramen boys' Tsukemen sucked, but think their Tonkotsu was decent from what I remember last? This place is one of my cousin's favorite local ramen place. If it's as consistent, then definitely can become a favorite here! But Vegas is full of false hope. Consistency is considered a difficult expectation even for chain food places in Vegas, typical. We'll see. We visited on Labor Day Monday around 930pm. No line with only 1 single diner and us there. It wasn't until maybe 10pm when more visitors started popping in. The place looks great for individual eaters too. I'm not sure it's as spectacular to wait in a line? $14.50 Deluxe Tonkotsu. This and the classic are popular choices. But I was eyeing the Kuro Black Garlic. Do deluxe was an easy choice cause it has the black garlic in it. - Add extra noodles for $2.50 (which I did to-go with my leftover Tsukemen broth also taken to-go). They can offer thin noodles or udonish but not the Tsukemen special one. - This ramen was mild spicy which took me by surprise. In case anyone can't do any spicy due to dietary, medical etc, then I'm sure they can take it out? Noodle texture was great! Broth was decent and more simple. $15.95 Tsukemen. Usually a fav of mine but very difficult to find a place I like? Only the OG original Sliverlake Ramen did it for me. Noodles were on point!! Broth was decent. However, looks like missing corn or maybe other eaters like to add corn to theirs? And the meat pieces were pretty tiny or scrappy in my broth. I was expecting a bit larger pieces than 2, and slot more scrappy pieces. Only the Deluxe Miso Ramen has diary in its ramen. All the other ramens have are dairy free! Was looking into the small bowls like the salmon egg/mini mentaiko bowl $6.25 but was told by staff that it's alot of rice and small amount of eggs. So it was a no for me. $5.50 Sapporo Draft. $3.95 Sapporo light via bottle. Next time looking to also try their shoyu style, and black graphic ramen.

The spice was just right, the mayo wasn't to mayoey if you know what I mean. But the main part the ramen oh my goodness!!! The ramen was perfect, not over cook, salted or bland but just perfect. The presentation was also very, very beautiful. I wish I would've taken a picture. But sadly I didn't. Uhhhhhhh!!!!! But also the servers here are awesome, they are very attractive without being overwhelming or underwhelming. Which I very much appreciate. The atmosphere was lively without being overwhelming. Yes there was a loud table, but I was able to ignore them easily enough. So out of everything I would rate this cute little restaurant a 10/10 stars to be honest. I'm not someone who goes out to eat a lot so when I do I try to make it an experience. And this one was a very wonderful one.
