It was a delicious combo and refreshing from the heat, I just wish it didn't seem to melt so fast. The inside was also fresh and it was nice seeing all of that fresh produce. They even had various food items for sale.

The first time they put stickers on all my bottles so I knew which one to do first/second/etc, but yesterday I didn't get instructions and they weren't labeled, which sucked. I don't remember which one goes with what. Make sure you take a picture so you know what order to drink them because it absolutely makes a difference. I never really loved any of their "cleanses" before, to me it was more of a gimmick and I was always hungry. BUT this new one they are marketing as a 1-day reset provides comprehensive explosive results fairly quickly so make sure you stay home. I love it. This would be good to do the day before the colonoscopy prep so you don't have to drink so much of that bowel prep solution.
