Authentic Persian food with clever twist that makes it appealing to everyone! Excellent service! The portions and prices were fair for the quality of the food and the ambiance. I definitely recommend this restaurant! For non-Persians, when enjoying the food, try to create the perfect bite. Get a little bit of everything and eat it all at once--roasted tomato, rice, and kabob in one bite! Persian food is all about creating the perfect bite.

Why? Why have I not gone here sooner! ?!?! This is a pleasant calm vibe.. I did not see any televisions, music was pleasant and people were conversing with one another! We sat ...in the pseudo outside setting/ covered area and this is pleasantly cool with ceiling fans. The only location of the restaurant which seemed tight and crowded was immediately to the left of the hostess stand. My suggestion is to try and avoid this area. It is right against the glass. So drinks ....had the pomegranate martini..delicious with fresh light cocktail.. also try the Angel's Envy bourbon with saffron infused ice cube and and orange slice. Both delicious and amazing. We tried 3 of the appetizers, --hummus--plenty of garlic!, cucumbers and tahini yogurt and am eggplant dish...all were fantastic. T h is comes with either bread or veggies to dip. Our entrees were grilled chicken and tomato dish..delicious and the Halibut and shrimp. All very tasty. Not overly spicy but very pleasant. And we took the coconut pie dessert home... rich but light and clean. Our waitress Hanna was kind , patient, and made good suggestions We will totally come back.

Date night was fabulous! We've been here several times, it's one of our favorite places. The food was delicious and the service was excellent.

Husband and I have always wanted to try this place...it was previously closed during the afternoon so we couldn't previously but now their hours have changed and theyre open all day. We ordered to go since we had our dog with us. Got the chicken kabobs and the salmon. Inside was tastefully decorated and they had an outside courtyard that I would have enjoyed dining in on this beautiful but cool day. Salmon was tender and flaky, flavorful. Really enjoyed it...so did doggie. Came with 2 pieces which was worth the price tag. The rice was seasoned with herbs and had lime beans. The chicken kabob pieces were a good size but I thought it was a little bland and dry. The rice that came with the chicken was a lot better than that which came with the salmon though...it had cranberries and turmeric or saffron flavoring, which provided pops of flavor. Would definitely ask next time if can pair the cranberry rice with the salmon next time! Also came with pita and butter that you can season with spices they give you...and a cube of cheese (paneer?). Overall I would try again...decently priced.

One of our favorite "go to" restaurants! I went to lunch with friends. Everyone loved their food choices. Our server was wonderful. They didn't mind that we enjoyed chatting for a bit at our table when we finished eating.

Absolutely need to come back here!!! Came for lunch and got the lunch special chicken - marinaded in their pomegranate walnut marinade. Omg delightful. The chicken was juicy and tender, and the cranberry rice was divine. Such a yummy meal for $16 what a great price! Will be a repeat pitstop on my next trip to Greenville!

Went to a lovely business dinner here today and loved the atmosphere and service. We all shared a few of the many dips to choose from. Each was good but could have been a little larger for the price. I ordered for my main dish the Barg and Saffron Chicken dish the meat was food but the chicken was a little on the dry side. The rice was a little bland so I added some if the spices which nothing for me. one of the other dinners came and it was a Lamb Shank. The folks loved it and yes it was flavorful but seem to me to be missing something. It was so tender and juicy however I am more used to a Turkish or Lebanese lamb Shank and this one seemed to miss the mark for me but was loved by the one that consumed it. I will be back and try it again another time I am in town.

The beef kabobs with cranberry basmati rice was delicious. The complimentary bread with butter and feta cheese was decent but nothing super special. The inside felt cozy and well-decorated. Overall, I had a good time there.

Tasty flavors! I had the Chicken Kebob and we shared the free starter of naan, feta, radish, fresh mint leaves, and sweet butter. Every table has a small dish of sumac, which I *liberally* sprinkled on everything. The only reason it's not 5 is the chicken was tough. Enthusiastic table service, pleasant ambiance (though the hostess doesn't return smiles or do eye contact).

We had a reservation for a party of 2 at 5:30 pm on Friday, 3/21/25. Ben was our waiter and he was wonderful! We were celebrating a birthday and we appreciated how Ben gave us the dessert menu and told us to pick one on the house. Sadly, they didn't have 1001 Nights Chocolate Cake, which we for sure would've gotten. But we still were grateful for the gesture! Here's what we got: - Duo ($9): Hummus and Kashk Bademjan - The hummus was average. The kashk bademjan was very good! The "bread" it came with just didn't taste or feel very fresh. It wasn't warm. It left something to be desired for sure. - Saffron Chicken Kabob ($22): Just didn't have much flavor. The basmati cranberry rice was good though! - Barg Kabob ($26): This was the better of the two entrees. We subbed the original rice for the rice with lentils and golden raisins, which was the move! - Coconut Custard Pie (normally $7, but free because we were celebrating a birthday): Good! Great service. We just weren't blown away by the food. If you're from Atlanta and you've had Rumi's or Delbar, Pomegranate on Main doesn't live up to either of those restaurants.

Woah I love this place! What a wonderful restaurant. We ended up getting the family meal I believe it was $40 a person but so worth it! You get to try the majority of their menu with different options including an appetizer and dessert! Service was great they explained the order and how to eat the meal properly! Only thing I would say is when it came to dessert they were out of everything so it was kind of disappointing outside of that it's worth a stop!

Veg bademjan with cranberry rice. Spot on.

Popped in for a Friday night dinner with another couple. Started with some appetizers and a beer. Hummus was above average but the break it came with was very sub par. Either old and just not good quality. Lack of draft beer was sad, but not the end of the world. Grabbed the salmon main. Salmon was perfectly cooked and tasty. The accompanying rice was good, not great. Could have been more flavorful. Waitress was pleasant.

Came into town to visit friends and they brought us here. What a win! The food was delicious and fresh and the service was better. It was not overly crowded but had a solid amount of tables full. It was not loud but had a nice vibe. The food was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. Our drinks were fantastic!

Can you please tell me the name of the dark red spice that you sprinkle on your complimentary appetizer of the warm bread, radishes, butter and cheese? I'm headed to the UK this week and would like to try to make this delicious dish for my daughter.

Would this place be good for a large group?

Moderate size groups up to thirty could be accomodated....they have several rooms which could be segregated..however,advance planning is recommended..they have always been busy when we went

Would this be a good place for a lunch meeting with someone where you can hear the other person talk and have room for a laptop on the table?

Yes, you can hear, as there is no loud music. However it would not be appropriate to bring a laptop to the table in my opinion.

It wasn't overly syrupy, but the syrup notes were present enough to undercut what could've otherwise been a more refreshing drink. We split the Nacho Average Nachos. It was great for picking at while we chatted and had a good concept, with a solid mix of pickled toppings, rich queso, and protein, and chips that held up fine (no sogginess). The execution didn't rise above the idea. It was a fine, forgettable plate rather than a memorable one. Good portion for two, though.
