These are my natural nail that I asked her not to cut and if she could just lay acrylic over them. She said yes. Then, when I sat in the chair, Jasmine, did not listen to my request and cut two of my nails short and said she would just put at tip on them. However, that is an additional charge for me so I asked to please stop cutting my nails short, as they are strong, not broken or chipped. After I asked her to stop cutting my nails short she continued to cut a third nail short. I immediately pulled my hands away and asked to see a different nail tech and they said no. This place was recommended to me and I was not disappointed. Patti was friendly and worked efficiently on my finger nails. Just a plain manicure not gel and no fancy details. My nails came out perfect. I will definitely be back. The place was very clean and social distance easy to accomplish I didn't notice any price list near the entrance check in station. If you're making an appointment I recommend asking for Abby, she was the first chair and I wish I had. I think I would have had a much different and better experience. I went here specifically for UV Gel because it's hard to find places that do that. I found this salon online, liked their Instagram and so I decided to give it a try. I called to make an appointment that morning just after the salon opened and the first available was 12 which was fine, but when I got there, there were no other customers and the first chair was doing another workers nails instead. I was taken back but whatever. It was hard to communicate because of a language barrier which I fully understand but can make the experience a little difficult when trying to explain shape, length etc... In my previous experience getting uv gel when I got extensions they didn't use plastic, they used extenders so that there was less damage to the nail, and before I realized to ask why she was using those I had a few glued on already. Then I wanted almond shape nails but being as this gel lasts long I like to start with them not too long. They kept telling me I couldn't get my almond shape if I went any shorter though. In the end I just feel like it was an unprofessional job - the filing is a mess and uneven, the length is too long for me, and the application of the gel is so flat I feel like they look uneven and fake (see side picture). Also, I've never had this happen before but one nail completely snapped in half and another chipped like a chipped tooth. So weird. I was going to go back for my fill in here to give them a second chance since it was my first time but I feel really put off by my experience and I'm so unhappy with my nails I don't want to. read more

I started coming to see Abby and the girls in April 2021, I've been coming two times a month ever since! Aside from the incredible art work they do- the experience is wonderful! Such a talented and charming group. I run restaurants for a living and I am hard on my hands and feet. Abby takes such great care of my hands, my nails are strong and healthy and always look incredible. Patty does my pedicures once a month, she's amazing. Crystals on toes- that last a month! went here yesterday and made an appointment because all the pictures looked great. the lady did a terrible job at filing/shaping the nails, and then one of the nails literally SNAPPED off right at my natural nail within HOURS of getting them done. I've been getting my nails done for years and never once had a nail snap on me that quickly. When I called to tell them about it, they offered to fix it but didn't provide any refund. I'll now be spending my only other day off going to Gaby Nails to get these fixed. SMH! Don't go here!!! read more

I came to Kairo nail salon and had a good experience. However, as they moved to online booking, the information is not clear and you are not able to easily combine the services that you need. The person at the front desk refused to take the reservation over the phone or guide me to which services would be best to be selected. When I tried calling back for guidance, no one picked up the phone again. I love the spirit of the place but it shouldn't be so hard to try to accommodate a customer especially one that is looking to be a repeat customer. I'm sorry that I will need to find another place where their reservation process is friendlier and easier to follow. Customer service should extend from the first moment a customer wants to make a reservation. read more

Came here on a random day should've picked a better place to celebrate a big day. Figured I'd give them a try. First nothing is clean!!! I was instructed to use a pedicure tub that had prior water at the bottom of it. Typically they change the plastic on the tub before another customer sits down anywhere else I've gone. The tools are dirty and I had to instruct the girl doing my nails to clean up the areas she left polish on my skin. My daughter's pedicure came out ok. However, the girl messed up the big toe and instead of removing the polish, she put new polish on top of it!!! Lesson learned... if it looks sketchy and strange! It probably is!!!!...,update!! I actually didn't realize my daughter was cut while getting her pedicure. So not only do they use dirty tools.. they will reuse the tools right after cutting someone on another customer. Someone came right after my daughter left her seat and was serviced with what looks like the same tools. Place is disgustingly and I will not ever return. read more

2I had been going to this location for years before Covid. I didn't know they changed hands (which was not my problem) My daughter gave me a gift certificate at Christmas 2020. I put it away because of Covid I had no reason to get a mani or pedi lol. Then I had a reason to go get a manicure on March 2nd 2021 as I had my 2nd Covid vacination and was going to visit a relative that I hadn't seen since Covid started. My nail technician didn't speak any English at all. My gel polish started chipping after 5 days! Worst!

I went to this place a few times, the last time I went they over drilled my natural nails and caused severe damage which I haven't been able to heal since months later. I had to see a specialist and I found out I was also given a nail fungus. Completely disgusted and disappointed because the art work done here is beautiful but clearly the sanitation isn't where it should be.. also the pedicures are terrible.. nothing about it is relaxing.. looking for a good pedicure try vivi nails near wild wings! DO NOT GET LASH EXTENSIONS. If you are thinking of getting your lashes done here please reconsider. I got my eyelashes done by Adriana. She used so much glue I had clumps of hardened glue under my eyelid actually touching my eyeball. It caused a lot of irritation and discomfort. Finally I went back to get them removed and because she used too much glue it was very difficult to remove the lashes. I've had my lashes done several times before so I know the process for the installation and removal. I still had excess glue stuck to my natural lashes after the extensions were removed. I had large gaps in my natural lashes. They're still falling out from the glue. I typically like this salon but just don't get your lashes done here unless you want your lashes ripped out. read more

I'm confused how everyone has had amazing experiences. I went for the first time, I was so excited! I told her i wanted to keep my shape (classic coffin) and showed the girl the ombré design I wanted. The shape is horrible and she didn't fix it then told me the only way to do the design is to get acrylic. I normally have SNS and have had ombré done before. She told me I was mistaking that I have acrylic on.. I don't. After a 20 minute discussion I just agreed to get the acrylic because I really wanted the ombré design. After the acrylic is applied she begins to paint my nails solid. I told her no, I wanted the ombré like we discussed. She said the only way to do it is by adding tips. My nails are already long and I don't get why I need tips? I told her that's not what we just talked about and she said I'd have to soak the acrylic off that she just did to redo it to add a tip. At this point I was annoyed so I told her to do it all solid and I'll go else where. So now I have long, hard, weirdly shaped, plain nails. read more
