They had a huge variety of meats, seafood, vegetables, and mushrooms. One thing that immediately caught my attention was the hanger steak, one of my favorite cuts, and it was excellent on the grill. The pork belly was another standout, cooking up beautifully with great flavor. Seafood lovers will find plenty to enjoy as well, including scallops and even crab legs. As someone currently following a keto diet, there were plenty of carb-heavy options I skipped, but it didn't matter. The selection of proteins, vegetables, and mushrooms was so extensive that I had no trouble filling up while staying on plan. By the end of the meal, I felt completely satisfied and genuinely felt like I got my money's worth. I don't understand where the seaweed salad even came from as it was overly salty.. The french fries were called to the touch. I brought my one year-old in with me and he didn't even touch them. The rice was probably the most upsetting part because it was damn near porridge too much water in the rice that my son couldn't even put it on his spoon.. I also wanted to note that our stove top turned off and we weren't even aware . the only thing that they did not mess up was Gaza and I want to make this very clear. The dessert menu is watermelon pineapple orange slices a piece of store-bought cake we ended up paying almost $80 with tip for 2.5 people and everything we tasted was disgusting as soon as I left the restaurant I threw up everywhere.. I took my waitress out of courtesy but we literally didn't get our water filled. I think this was a zero out of 10 experience if I could not rate it at all and put 0.0 stars it would get that before leaving I told my waitress how disgusting everything was and she actually agreed. At first, I wondered if this was simply the restaurant's style of preparation, but after researching further, I learned that improperly cleaned tripe can be both unpleasant and potentially unsafe to consume because tripe comes from the stomach lining of the animal. Uncleaned tripe may still contain food residue, digestive material, parasites, worms, bacteria, and strong bile or waste odors. This can potentially lead to issues such as foul smell, unpleasant taste, food poisoning, bacterial contamination including E. coli or Salmonella, and symptoms such as stomach cramps, vomiting, or diarrhea. Proper cleaning is generally considered an essential part of preparing tripe, especially in professional restaurants where customers would quickly notice if the cleaning process was incomplete. After my wife and I checked out the menu, we soon realized there are menu items we typically don't see outside of So Cal and Korea, namely Bibimbap Dolsot and Kimchee Pancake...so that's what we ordered. I asked the server if they also served Kimbap since it wasn't on the menu but I was told no. The Bibimbap Dolsot was served sizzling hot! It was so hot that I had to wait until I mixed it up with some bibimbap sauce and it cooled down a bit before tasting it. It had good flavors but didn't quite match the taste of the same dish we sampled in Korea and in Koreatown in LA. Interestingly, the bibimbap dolsot served in a restaurant on base in Yongsan, South Korea was one of the best we've had. Seoul Pocha's bibimbap dolsot was still good, but... My wife's kimchi pancake was quite good especially when dipped in that sweet and spicy house made dipping sauce. My wife couldn't finish her dish so we took it home for a snack the next day and it was still yummy. Service was attentive and friendly. It wasn't after we've eaten however, did we realize they didn't serve any banchan, or appetizers, which is typical in most sit down Korean joints. Dinner for 2 with tip came out to just under $46.
