The last visit I had with my Land Cruiser was urgent as one of my transmission hoses ruptured rending it undrivable. Frank/Eric were proactive and allowed me to tow my LC to them to figure out the issue the next day (they were closing at the time I called). After parts were received on their end, my Land Cruiser was up and running back to normal. They inspected and test for any damage to the transmission that may have occurred when losing all of my transmission fluid. I am happy to have found a shop with a good work ethic, friendliness and thoroughness that is local to me in Santa Ana. 10/10 would recommend if you have a offroad vehicle or a Toyota (I am sure they are proficient with other vehicles as well).

I told him to do a 60,000 mile service and to let me know if anything needed to be changed. I needed new spark plugs and front brakes, plus a full synthetic oil change was due as well. Oskar also rotated my tires and topped off the fluids for no charge. Their prices are very reasonable and the communication was very good giving me updates and it was ready on time that he quoted me in the morning. Finding a good, reliable, and trustworthy mechanic is hard to do these days. However, Oskar and his staff at Unique Off-Road are just what the doctor ordered. Thank you Oskar. Jon was very prompt and clear with communications for the my lift setup. He was answering my questions and provide options for my service needs at 11:30PM on a Saturday. I was able to pick up my truck with everything completed on Monday afternoon. Dom was awesome during the drop off process (OG Street racer!!). Eddie did fantastic to explain the complete install and additional service planned. I've spent years (since 2020) dreaming about starting my 4Runner build. Studied every 4Runner forum and YT videos on parts, builds, tech specs, offset, camber, caster and everything 4Runner. Just the brief conversation with Eddie reassured me that he was well experienced with the 4Runners. Overall, this group provides tremendous service and care for customers. They go above and beyond!!! UPDATE **** WARNING ****…read more I wrote down the first review about Alex and AOE back in Sep 2018, I wanted to make sure others are aware of what kind of business Alex is running and hopefully prevent them from getting scammed like I did. Fast forward to Dec 2019 Alex has not paid me back despite his multiple promises to do so. Every time I contact him I get the same answer "I will get you some money next week" or "It has been very slow and I need some time to get money" I have offered him to make small payments trying to help him pay me back but he just does not have the intention to do so. He is claiming that my YELP review has affected his business in a negative way and has asked me multiple times to remove my ad so he can get more work a therefore pay me back. Next step is to take Alex to small claims court, what a waist of time and money but it needs to be done. I gave 1 star (not zero) because the quality of the product was pretty good. The welds weren't great, but materials used were stout. Communication with this place was as bad as it gets. I read this on forums and heard from people but thought I'd deal with it. again, I should've bailed. Lastly, the biggest complaint is the lack of attention to detail. Bumper looks like it's thrown together without looking at the vehicle. Lines don't follow the body at all, fog light cut outs make lights shoot at an angle (even with Jeep adapter that owner recommends as a solution), and a light placed into the corner to make up for the fact that the bumper covers the factory turn signal is just silly looking. Overall I'm extremely disappointed and would definitely never recommend this place at all. Way better options out there with much better product and customer service. Unreal. This guy was unwilling to work with me once he had my money, but once he saw my review, and then my update several months later, he called me immediately and told me "You need to remove your Yelp post."
