Ambiance was great-dark and smooth jazz playing in the background with curtains separating the massage tables so privacy is not an issue. I'll be back.

I have chronic pain due to an extra bone in my feet, and it gets really unbearable because I work on my feet. I came in barely able to walk, and came out feeling like my feet got replaced with new ones. I asked Emma if she could focus on that bone area due to the pain I was feeling, and unlike other people who kind of barely give it any extra focus, she really took her time to be thorough and used different techniques. She didn't just rub the same part over and over like other people have done. I get that it's a strange request because it's just a bone protruding from my foot so people might not think there's a lot you can do, but she gave it so much extra care. I'm feeling almost no pain at all for the first time in a long time. I've never had a masseuse listen to my requests like she has. But on top of that, she was just so sweet. When I had to go to the bathroom, which is located outside, she gave me a blanket to throw over my shoulders because she thought I'd be cold. Every time I asked for a little bit softer, she would giggle and tease me in a playful way and even though I can't speak Chinese and there's a language barrier, I can tell she's so good mannered and kind. I typed all my requests to her into a translation app and she understood everything perfectly so there were no hiccups at all. I think this was my absolute favorite experience getting a massage and I'll only be getting them from Emma from now on! Anywhere else, you'd pay at least $90 for a 90 minute massage. $60 is a steal - I tipped her $30. Everybody get your massages from Emma (and tip her a lot please! She is so nice). She also actually massaged me slightly over 90 minutes - that's never happened before lmao. Usually I get stiffed about 10 min here and there but she was extremely thorough. I love Emma! Thank you!

The wife and I have been suffering from stiff backs and tight shoulders for weeks, and this place took care of all of it. Honestly forget this place! Lily is fake! She try's hard to be nice. Today she got loud with me and cussed me out in front of her clients! she didn't want to fix my nails that her employee messed up on (even though she offered to fix them) & wanted to charge me again for the service! So unprofessional! I knew she had a problem w me since she kept being rude over the phone and when I walked in the shop she had stank face and attitude! Don't bother spending your time & $ up in that lonely ass shop! I've been coming here and other places and not once I had anyone treat me this way until now. She even insulted me by talking down on me as If I can't afford the service, I don't want to say every detail what happened since Its way too long but just know this place is whack for a reason! I had to explain multiple times how I wanted my nails done because he kept trying to do them his own way instead of listening to what I was asking for. There was also a moment where I thought three coats of polish had been applied, but when I asked about it, I was told only two coats were done and was told I could "look at the cameras" if I wanted to verify it, which felt unnecessary and rude. Overall, my nails turned out okay in the end, but only because I had to repeatedly speak up and guide the process myself. The biggest issue wasn't the final result, it was the attitude and overall experience. Getting your nails done is supposed to feel relaxing, and unfortunately today it was stressful instead.

Over all I am very disappointed on the service and the nails. Don't waste your money, go somewhere where your nails will last for at least two whole weeks. Look at the pictures, it's a plain color and they definitely don't look good. Last pictures is me having them redone at Diva Nails.
