Went for happy hour with a friend on a Monday night it was pretty empty. We were quickly seated and our waiter Richard was very attentive. It was our first time and he was patient and answered all the questions we had about the menu. We both got happy hour margaritas and decided to share the pasta and add chicken. We ordered a side of guacamole too. The complimentary chips were hot and fresh and the salsa was yummy. We did t care for the chips that came with the guacamole they were different from the complimentary ones. The pasta was yummy with just enough spice. This is my first time here and came for my besties birthday. They were very prompt with having the table already set and accommodating to getting all the items requested. They were very organized and gave us great recommendations for the first-timers. The appetizers were really good and the food itself were delicious. If I can give it 0 stars I would! Worse experience I've ever had at a restaurant, waited over 2 hours for a table for 16 guest. I would ask the hostess as well as the manager what the status was with seating us I understand and was more than patient with it being an opening night and Friday night with no reservations but the fact that the manager himself was being rude and just kept brushing us off/ignoring us and then instead of apologizing will quickly make a smart remark was unacceptable! After waiting over 2 hours for our table we sat down ordered are drinks waited about 15 mins to get our food orders in and after receiving our food before our drinks and the bar tender forgetting about our tables drinks was ridiculous! Received our drink toward the end of the night practically almost done with our food! They spilled two drinks on my brother stained his jacket that was brand new with a charcoal Paloma, no sincere apology from the management team!!! Asked for our check 6 times until I walked up to both managers on duty and the RUDE ass manager just said I was getting it ready no apologies once again!!! When about a month ago. Service was okay the food was not the greatest prices were $$$ and definitely not worth it. My wife and I were asked three times if we wanted drinks after we ordered I can't drink any alcoholic drinks, my wife didn't want any alcoholic drinks, but they continually insisted. We had already ordered two teas when we order the food. The music was so loud that we couldn't hear the conversation between my wife and me it's definitely for the younger at heart would not recommend it unless you're into that. If I could give negative stars I would. We had high hopes for this location since the one on spruce was amazing! We brought the in-laws so they could try the awesome Birria tacos. We arrived to a packed restaurant and was told that their system was down so they had to go old school and write it down. We ordered our sodas, beer, colada and guacamole. It took 15 minutes to get our sodas and guacamole. 30 minutes goes by and we never got our food despite the waitress coming back three times and saying "let me check in your food". Three different times they brought the wrong food since the staff didn't know the table numbers. After waiting for over 45 minutes and not getting our other drinks or food we decided to go eat next door at Al Estilo carnitas Michoacán. Was seated and drinks came out within 3 minutes. We came on a Sunday at 11:30. We waited about 15 min to be seated but we were a big party so that's a very quick wait. The staff was so friendly they made us feel very welcome. We had the buffet and mimosas. The food was great very fresh. Nothing sits out long because the food is good so they're always bringing food out. My wife and I went here for the Sunday brunch buffet and bottomless mimosas. We're always looking for a good brunch and thought we'd give it a try. I called the week prior to going and asked if reservations were needed. The lady on the phone told me it wasn't necessary, just to come on in. We were told upon entry there would be a 30-45 minute wait since we did not have reservations. We decided to wait and asked for a mimosa while we waited since they were handing them out to people who had reservations. They gave us a pre mixed mimosa in a kids cup with a lid and a straw. We could not even taste the champagne due to the amount of Donald Duck orange juice they mixed it with. We decided instead of waiting for a table, we would just sit at the bar. I asked the lady behind the bar for another mimosa but with cranberry juice instead of orange juice. She didn't bother to tell me it wasn't the same as their bottomless mimosas and would cost more. We found out when we got the check they were $10 each. The food was cold and the meats were swimming in grease. The staff wasn't exactly pleasant and the music was extremely loud. The videos playing on the TVs were raunchy dance videos. Not exactly someplace I would bring my family. Can't say we'll be back nor would I recommend to anyone. read more
