Amazing service and an introverts dream…read more I've had about 15 massages here. Only 1 massage therapist spoke more than 2 words to me. All of them simply do a light rub down and then immediately pin point my troubleshoots and get to work fixing them. I've had knots in my upper back, a pinched nerve in my glute, and a variety of aliments. They are able to figure out exactly the problem just by touch. It's amazing! And I don't have to deal with small talk when I'm there to try to get fixed up and am in a bad mood. But I always leave in a great mood! I also love how they have the tip suggestions posted based on time which makes it very easy to calculate especially since they are great at giving lots of good deals so it can be confusing calculating. One of my favorite things is that they accommodate last minute appointments. I find it very hard to schedule anything in advance. I consider this place an important need for my health, and am happy to be able to afford to come here and tip well without braking the bank. They have great prices and give deals if you purchase a package. Some parts are not the most fancy....but I'd much rather have massages that I can afford on a regular basis than go somewhere more pristine and only be able to go 1-2 times a year. Also the front desk woman has always been very professional and kind, even when I'm running late.

Other salons trained me without me even noticing, packed into a tiny space, treated like I'm on a conveyor belt, rushed out before my nails even had time to properly dry. I had honestly forgotten my time and my experience mattered. Delane's brought that back for me. The professionalism was on another level too. No games with the price going up if you don't tip in cash, which is honestly tacky and rude and tells you exactly how little they think of their customers. Nobody crowding me in next to three other people either. It was calm, it was peaceful, it actually felt relaxing instead of stressful. And the cleanliness. Towels were fresh, equipment looked properly cleaned, none of that murky blue water sitting in a dirty container that's clearly been there for who knows how long. Even the bathroom was clean, and that alone tells you a lot about how a place is really run. I opted for a combination gel manicure and gel pedicure, which was amazing! The best part is almost always the warm foot bath, massage, hot stone massage and hot towels! When it came to the manicure, it's actually a dry manicure, which I've never had before, nor have I ever heard of them! Let me tell you, there is such a thing as a dry manicure and I prefer this way better than a wet manicure. I have eczema, so I am very selective of nail salons and this was great! The different drill bits that Tracy used are to exfoliate the cuticles and around your nail bed, so minimal cutting/trimming is done. I made another appointment through their website for 07.13.26, again with Tracy, to have my gel manicure and gel pedicure removed and this time chose the combination classic manicure and classic pedicure. Basic treatments as before except for regular polish, not gel. Loved every minute of it! I would highly recommend this place! Convenient location. It was easy to schedule an appointment through their website. I am so happy I did and can't wait for my next manicure! I decided to go back to my natural nails so I got an acrylic removal and a gel manicure. I can't state enough how impressed I was with their attention to detail during the entire experience. They did not rush through the process and took their time to paint on the nail design I requested. I sometimes don't have a ton to chat about but everyone was nice and let me sit quietly listening to the music and watching people queue on the boba line outside. Needless to say, I highly recommend.

I recently booked an appointment at Kanna Spa with Jenny, and I must say, it was one of the most unpleasant experiences I've had at a spa. Starting days before the actual appointment, in all call and text correspondences leading up to my visit, Jenny was constantly asking for gratuities and it was extremely off-putting. It made me feel like the focus was on getting a tip, rather than providing a relaxing and enjoyable massage experience. This type of behavior is unprofessional and takes away from the overall atmosphere of a spa. Tiffany, you are heaven to my sore muscles, and aching body. What would I do without you? Tiffany is amazing, no joke... her hands are magical tools that take away all your worries, stresses and any aching muscles you may have. An hour just isn't enough... I wish she could massage me for a full day.She takes her time and inches through every single part of your body. From the top of your head to the bottom of your toes. So I purchased a gift certificate for my mom for the head to toe glow. She used it about a month or so ago and said it was quite nice. I asked her if she liked the scalp part because she loves scalp massages and she told me that they never did that part. I'm pretty disappointed because I specifically bought that facial because of the added scalp and neck massage and that's normally an add on. :( read more

There is a restroom available if needed. At the end of the massage they give you either a cup or water or cup of tea. Today we even got a little snack, I believe it is called a Madeline. Parking is street parking. Usually not an issue. There is 2 hr parking around but they do not have their own parking lot, to my knowledge, which is okay.
