Since I ordered to-go, I can't speak too much about the full dine-in experience, but my order was ready without any issues. The flavor was on point- soft tofu that melts in your mouth along with clams, squid, shrimp and an egg topper. I will say, they were rather skimpy on the shrimp (only 1 in the pot) and a couple clams and squid but it was delicious nonetheless. The bulgogi was seasoned well and they included a number of banchan which all tasted fresh. I asked for lettuce to wrap my bulgogi with as that's common in South Korea but here it is a $4 upcharge for lettuce. For the appetizers, we took the gyoza and the bao buns. The gyoza (5 in a serving) were very tasty and the bao buns were good but there were two to share with 5 people. We all got a taste but it was a little odd. It came with maple mustard, which was a great accompaniment, even with the other dishes. For the entrees, the standout was the ceviche. It was a clever use of fruits and vegetables in lime juice that certainly mimicked its fish counterpart. The "pizza" was interesting as they made use of the rice as a crispy base. The other three rolls we got had some nice textures and flavors, so we were happy with them.
