I used Yelp to find this place and could not have been happier with my choice! The food was very good, the staff was super friendly and accommodating and the price was fair! Highly recommended!

First time coming here and it was really good! My husband got the Karen's berry french toast combo and I got the banana pecan pancakes combo and they were both delicious. The service was nice, staff were very friendly and helpful. The food came out pretty fast, but we did go on a Tuesday morning. The restaurant itself was giving grandparents kitchen vibes, and we loved it. Will definitely come again.

Food was amazing! So delicious, went around 11 am and it was pretty packed but they worked fast on making sure everything was going good. Great breakfast!

    Bill for family of 5!!

Gratuity added on 5 people! Overpriced!!! I recently visited this restaurant with my family of five. We ordered four entrées and just 2 coffees and 3 waters, and the bill came out to over $100--which felt extremely overpriced for what we received. The food was decent and the service was good, but not enough to justify that kind of total. What really surprised me was that a tip was automatically added to the bill. While I understand tipping is customary, automatically adding it in this type of casual dining restaurant felt unnecessary!!I usually tip for good service, but I prefer to decide the amount myself. Overall, the combination of high prices and the added tip made the experience feel like poor value. Sadly, it's enough for us to decide not to return.

I have only been here for breakfast so I can't comment on their other menu items. Breakfast has always been good. I would say kind of a typical breakfast place omelettes pancakes, waffles etc. this time I got the order to go, but we have eaten there in person and always had good service. I usually get the corned beef hash, which is canned I would say typical for most portion sizes are good and we've never had an issue.

I didn't like the ham, but everything else was delicious. Their cinnamon French toast is made in like a cinnamon roll which was really good! The banana French toast was also a hit! The food quality was very high, I ordered the Huevos Rancheros, they were very authentic with a tomato sauce and sauteed onions and peppers, not spicy but I did ask for their home salsa and it brought up the spice level, the dish is served with homemade rice and beans, all well cooked. I also ordered a side of pancakes and bacon for my dad and they were perfectly cooked. The cost of the meal was very reasonable and worth the visit. I have shared my experience with my friends and family in Lancaster.

They were more than happy to accommodate all of it, and their servers were wonderful throughout the night. Was told they don't serve Happy Hour at a seated table, but our waitress made an exception for us since we didn't know. It was hard to get service as our waitress was really busy. We ordered the Fresh Tableside Guacamole for $15, Street Corn for $4, Crispy Chicken Flautas for $8, Midori Melon Signature Margarita for $6, and Pomegranate Signature Margarita for $6. Was told the Horchata for around $5 was pretty good. We received complimentary chips and salsa and it was spicy, but good. The Fresh Tableside Guacamole was made fresh in front of us and was really good. They use the same chips for the salsa and guacamole. We were able to get multiple refills on the chips. The Street Corn was not good and was on the buttery side. The Crispy Chicken Flautas was really good with the sauces and came out hot and crispy. Both of the margaritas were weak, but we preferred the pomegranate over midori melon for flavor. They forgot our to go order and we had to go back to get it. Our waitress was nice but she was really busy and it was hard to get service. Would get the Fresh Tableside Guacamole and Crispy Chicken Flautas again.

The food, we ordered a Reuben Sandwich and a Cheeseburger. From what we had seen, the food looked great. The burger had lettuce, tomato, union, cheese, that oddly was not melted, a nice sauce, pickles and decent looking meat patty, unfortunately the last few bites of the meat patty had a funky taste, like it was a little old, hence the 3 star rating, the burger is also served with a decent amount of fries. The Reuben looked and tasted amazing, also served with a large portion of fries, one of the nice touches on this sandwich was the grilled Pastrami, this was a nice touch, its also served with sauerkraut & Swiss cheese on Rye. I do want to return to try the amazing looking breakfast options, they seem to have a huge variety of options. I also want to commend the wait stay, they were very nice and engaging, they came around multiple times to ensure that we had what we needed.

There was plenty of parking in this lot. The entrance is located through their patio, which can be a bit counter intuitive. We came at opening and the restaurant got really busy during our time there. Initially we were looking at the sandwiches because it was lunch time, but then we were going to a wedding that night so we decided to eat something more filling since the ceremony and speeches always delay the eating. All entrees here are served with black beans and rice or congri, and 3 fried plantains. My boyfriend had the Ropa Vieja ($28) with the congri and I had the Lechon Asado ($25) with the rice and beans. Our food came out pretty fast after we ordered. My boyfriend's Ropa Vieja is a Cuban braised beef. The congri is basically a mix of the rice and beans. This dish was super tasty and the shredded beef was so tender with the bell peppers and onions. I can really taste the red wine and tomato sauce in the base. I took a few bites but in general I preferred my dish more, and vis versa he enjoyed his dish more. My lechon asado is a roasted pork that is super super tenderrrrrr. It was so sweet with the grilled onions and it had the perfect amount of fattiness without being over bearing. SO GOOD! Love the plaintains too. I'm glad I got the rice and beans option because I would have gotten too full too quick with the congri. I barely touched my beans and only got through half of my rice. Both dishes came with this super tasty garlic butter sauce that I poured on my rice and made it even tastier. It was so good. One thing I didn't enjoy about the experience was the flies attacking us and our food. Since the door is open and connected to their outdoor space, it leaves the opportunities for flies to come in. We had to play defense with the flies the whole time. The service here is a little slow. Especially when I was trying to get back on the road I wasn't feeling too patient. I waived down multiple staff members too. Also I got hit with an undisclosed 3% surcharge for using my credit card. I only found out after I got the receipt. I would have paid in cash if I knew. *dislike* LOVE LOVE LOVE the food. Might be the best Cuban food I've ever had... and I've been to Florida where there was a lot of Cuban spots. The food quality is spectacular! I always get the Baracoa Cubano sandwich and it never disappoints. The ingredients are fresh and organic with each dish I've ordered. Since I have allergies to ingredients used to preserve frozen food, it's always been so hard finding a restaurant with a menu that doesn't cause me issues--and Baracoa has never compromised with their ingredients! The organic quality of their food is something you'll taste on your first bite. And finally--the service is impeccable and I have yet to see such excellent hospitality at any restaurant I've visited, even in Los Angeles! The waiters are always kind, attentive, and energetic with their behavior and service. It's very easy to tell they love the work they do and it shows in their work ethic. In addition to that, the managers are always making sure we're having an excellent night and have transformed it to a level of service we've never seen! My parents and I went a week ago and talked to Daniel the Manager about how much we missed a Piña Colada from a closed restaurant which would make it in the pineapple itself--and he said if we promised to be there in a week he's make it himself. We came on Friday, and the joy that my family felt was palpable when Daniel came out with the drinks we've wished for years now since that restaurant closed! Honestly, I've never heard of someone caring for their guests so much to do that--truly everyone should visit this establishment and experience true fine dining. I don't think I'll ever eat anywhere else for a special occasion ever again.
