This is going to be one of those reviews that says I wish I took time to take pictures of the food that I was so hungry. I never thought about it before writing the review. I not enjoyed my visit, but the Service and the food was also a pleasure. Dennis is a family classic and the design and colors followed that same trend. Browns and reds with cushions & booths with a nice window seat to look outside. Our server was a total star. She gave me some wonderful recommendations which I agreed with and I was very happy that I did. Jazzmynne we Love you and the spelling of your name. Thank you for smiling the entire time you were serving us. You definitely need to try their onion rings or put together a sampler appetizer platter for yourself and the mac & cheese with the braised beef. . Not to mention how much cheating I was doing on my diet by having two milkshakes back to back. One was one with real blueberries in it with a little bit of what tasted like a jolly rancher crumble on top and the other one was a custom-made, mint and chip milkshake. Dennys. Always open and always good to go when you want a simple, straight forward bite to eat. Not over the top and overpriced. Sure we have to eat. Helps when you step out and have nourishment that won't break the bank. Reminds me of Sundays. We used to out for breakfast then church. Then after the sermon, we'd all head out to Dennys. Everybody would gather and catch up, eat good food then off on our way. That's why for me this place matters. Came to this Denny's to have breakfast with my in-laws. Initially, we were expecting to be a much larger group but some of our party did not show up. Either way, the wait was not long even though the restaurant was busy. Our server was Robert O. Let me tell you, he is great! His service, personality, and quickness to help made our experience much better than it had to be. He really went out of his way to make us feel welcomed, provided food recommendations, and kept the coffee coming. Robert is a true asset to this restaurant. Horrible my entire family got food poisoning about 30 minutes after consuming whatever they served, which tasted like dish soap. Denny's is a go-to place for a meal you can count on at a good price. But since moving to Palmdale two years ago, we find this particular location has perks and that keep us coming back. First of all Robert is an amazing server. Fun and friendly, he knows what we generally order and is efficient with service every single time! Jessica, also a server, is one of the sweetest and most kind servers you'll find. Julio, the host, keeps his eyes open to make each guest comfortable. Without us even asking, he quickly cleaned off a booth as soon as one became available and offered it to us, knowing we'd be more comfy there! Now that's proactive service. As with any team, a lot of the credit must go to Sam, the General Manager, who clearly puts time and effort into giving his staff excellent training and it really shows. read more

We sat behind you @Jen. My mother and I over heard you yelling at the staff and were completely out of control. All I wanted was for my 60 year old mother to have a nice quiet lunch like we do every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays. Instead, we got you intimidating these poor young girls. The last thing I wanted was for my mother and I to encounter a situation like this. Staff was extremely patient and professional. Yet, you just kept going, on and on yelling at the girls, the whole restaurant heard you, saying you were on the phone with corporate. It' seems to me like this was more like a personal problem with the server and / or staff. We come here often and we love this place. Gloria was our server, and she was great. Came here on a Friday night with a party of 5 and it wasn't too crazy or busy at this time. I forgot the name of our waitress but she was just the sweetest! We were seated right away since they weren't very busy. I ordered a Moons over my Hammy because that's always been a favorite of mine. Others ordered an omelette, chicken tenders, and 2 "build your own samplers" (one with onion rings, mozzarella sticks, & chicken tenders and the other with fries, buffalo wings, and chicken tenders. I loved my moons over my hammy sandwich and I feel like nothing can ever go wrong with that. I do wish that my hash browns were a little more fried and crispy though so I had my bf finish them for me as I was already full with my sandwich. When his order came, it was 5 chicken strips on a plate and that was it. He asked if this came with fries since it said on the menu "Premium chicken tenders" and there was a picture next to it with fries in the plate. She said unfortunately no it does not come with fries, but that she will just bring a plate out for him no problem so that was super nice of her. Our other friend said his sampler could've been better and that he wished they added at least 4 or 5 tenders instead of 3 since they are quite little. The waitress got super busy with other tables and large parties coming in which was completely understandable so he ended up finishing all the tenders already before she finally came with the extra plate of fries. There were also 3 strawberry banana smoothies around the table which was super yummy and hit the spot for those that ordered it. We don't live anywhere near here but just in the area for the weekend. This Denny's was surprisingly amazing. My husband and I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich to share and a dinner salad for each of us. The food was prepared so caringly and deliciously - we enjoyed every bite. The grilled cheese sandwich was oozing with perfectly melted cheeses. The dinner salads were huge for a dinner salad, more like a mini-main course salad, with plenty of extras. The service was above-and-beyond - everyone was so attentive and friendly, checking on us regularly and attending to every detail of our experience. I'm very disappointed. The customer service was no better. This afternoon we decided to try the Denny's located next to the A.V. Mall off of Rancho Vista Blvd. we wanted to get a brunch prior to heading to the Movie Theater. We were pleasantly surprised by how quickly we were seated by a cheerful young lady and then promptly attended by Robert (our server) , who ensured that he had our order correct and really on the ball. We enjoyed our All American Slam and can most assuredly say that we were treated much better here at this Denny's while enjoying better food quality then our previous experience at the Denny's located off of 47th St. Great Job Robert!! Got here at 1pm waited 5 mins to be sat witch is very reasonable got seated waited another 20 mins to even be asked if we wanted drinks I understand being short staffed but even a table touch would have been way more reasonable. Robert is the best server here. He always takes care of our family and treats us with the best service. Whenever we get a table on his side, he's there to be our server. I've had several bad experiences with other servers with attitude in this Dennys but not Robert. He treats us like family all the time. Really appreciate him. Give him a raise! read more

He always gets pancakes and I get the nachos with everything on the side because from past experiences the nachos are soggy and to much grease on the bottom. But It was only after I paid that I realized I was already charged gratuity on my bill for 2 people which they do not tell you. After I had already gave him a tip. I hope this is the Denny's I was at, since I am having difficulty recognizing the one we dined at. The place is clean, but kind of lacks any ambiance. This was the one near Salatip. We came in for lunch and the waitress, Silvia, came right over, She took our orders and while we waited, my husband asked her for a few things and she came back in no time at all. When the meals were ready, she took them right out to us. Personally, although the order came exactly as described, I didn't care for mine. I cannot blame the cook. It was simply something I shouldn't have chosen. My husband had an omelet and he loved it! The portions were quite large. She was right on top of things from beginning to end, and missed nothing. She refilled my drink without my having to ask her. Silvia is the biggest asset to this Denny's. Whatever she is paid, is not enough. She never stood still. She reminded me us to use our AARP card, which saved us 15% and she made sure to tell us that we should come back and enjoy 15% off anytime. Silvia is Denny's best asset. Whatever she is paid, it is not enough. She was one of the best waitresses we have ever had. She never stood still and on top of this, she seemed to love her job. The other day I seen the managers just wiping the tables but keep in mind there's no plates or cups or anything they just wiping down the tables and they're seeing there's literally about 20 people upfront & about 4 people picking up orders. Awhile the 1 person upfront working the best he can helping everyone. That's missed up, Smh the managers should've at least helped couple people upfront or at least say (Is anyone here to pick up an order?) the entrance was literally packed. I think her name was Jessica and she was rude to my family and I. She also smelled like alcohol. Well it was my Bday and Jack and I went here on a Sunday my 2/19/23 Birthday to get my Free Grand Slam. And well I received my email but they said it's not good enough. So this time I had to go on the website enroll and get the code. So they can scan the Q Code. But I walked in told her my name went to bathroom , then went to car was in there about 10mins and I just happened to look at my phone and it said "No Show". I went back in there told them I'm here. They sat us by the by the restroom back door. I felt like RoSA PaRKs because I was in the back , by the back door. And it's #BlackHistoryMonth. Well they told me the door won't be opening. That was a Lie, then Salvador's was my Waiter he was cool. I ordered I got my coffee. 10mins later ordered my food. My food came about 30 mins later and as soon as another waiter walked past she told me #HappyBirthday ,..I got my to go box and Then Salvador & the Lady came back and sang HappyBirthday to me it was nice a surprising they came with a ice cream sundae.
