My family and I would always come to this restaurant and it was one of our favorites but recently they added a gratuity charge which would be no problem however they charged gratuity for EACH check which ended up with me paying $23 for a chicken sandwich and a coffee. In addition to that, they ended up charging one check for an extra drink that wasn't ordered and on another they taxed for the meal and taxed again for the drink. So so, I walked in this morning and was about to pay for my food that I was ordering. Some people got up from their table. Student line behind me, reached around me and handed the guy the money for their food, and he took the money from them service them and then got back to me when I was in line 1stand I and I spoke with him about it and all he said was OK so I just politely told him no thank you it was a guy with glasses. Gave me moldy eggs and the steak we ordered was still crawling when we asked for it to be medium rare. Then the manager said I had to pay for the moldy food I didn't eat. Do not come here if u expect your food to not have mold or even be edible. So disappointed in the service manager needs to learn how to manage better. Wish I could give them minus 5 stars read more
