While we were eating, we saw many people coming in and out. This place definitely does get busy and for good reason. They do have several menu options. There are a few tables to sit at, but they also have additional chairs and tables that you can set up if needed. It's in a little plaza. Though it gets busy, there's a decent amount of parking. They do have a bathroom on the side of the building. For those who are ADA, just be aware that when you go to the bathroom, there is a step down. Not very far but watch your step. Instead of simply helping me, she told me I would have to purchase something that day in order to use the restroom. I understand that businesses can have restroom policies. What I did not appreciate was the rude and dismissive way the situation was handled, especially in front of another person at the register. It was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. As someone who works nearby and has spent money here several times, this experience left a very bad impression on me. I also work with people who sometimes eat in this area, and unfortunately I can no longer feel comfortable recommending this place. Big portions do not make up for mediocre food and poor customer service.
