I had Karmagraphy perform 2 segments at my wedding reception that was a Persian pakistani fusion with 350 guests. They picked the most perfect the songs, number of dances, wings and, outfits. Wow. I am at a loss of words for Kavita and her team.. There are a few things that can make or break your wedding and Karmagraphy definitely MADE the wedding. IF i can give brides ANY advice- who cares about the flowers?! Put that budget towards Karmagraphy! I was hesitant at first but after speaking with Kavita, she put me at ease and told me not to worry about anything. And i am one of those brides (as im sure many of the woman reading these reviews are ..) that needs to know what song, what dance, needs a preview, needs to know costume colors, etc. but Kavita told me 'everything has been taken care of and its all done. I just had to come in and devote 90 minutes to learn our first dance and then she will communicate with the DJ.' And let me tell you, on the DAY of the wedding- Karmagraphy (and Bhavin Shah, my DJ) were the only two vendors that i didnt have to worry about and I got the most inquiries from my guests about who they are, how i found them! Aside from our actual wedding ceremony, many of our guests told us that having Karmagraphy perform at our reception was the best part of the day. I have to agree. My mom had seen a Karmagraphy performance and said they were amazing. So I inquired to have them be our entertainment for the reception (as much as I love photo booths, they didn't go well with the theme of our wedding). I was so glad to know they were free on our wedding date! I easily booked Kavita's group via email and discussed songs we liked after viewing several video clips she sent me and on her website. We wanted to celebrate both of our cultures-latin and bollywood- so the songs chosen had those vibes to them. She gave great suggestions and a list of songs to consider due to their beat. My kids elementary school had a multicultural week and two bollywood dancers came to perform for all of the kids. They did three performances during their lunch time. Karmagraphy worked with my budget and they worked out a dance schedule to reach as many kids as possible. The dancers were lovely and amazing! All of the kids really enjoyed the performances.
