Shady scam!!! You'll be overcharged and the repair man use YOU-TUBE to fix the appliances. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

I contacted this company to see if they could fix the ice maker in my refrigerator or if I needed to replace it. The fridge is several years old but I'd had the compressor replaced less than a year ago. The tech came out and identified that the ice maker needed to be replaced. That's fine, I replaced it myself for $200. The issue I have is that we had left the freezer cracked the night before so the contents were melted a bit. I was clear with the tech that we had left the freezer open and the compressor was fine. We told him this five times. He then decided to test the compressor anyway then tried to tell me the compressor was faulty. It seems it tested properly, but the soft freezer contents were evidence the compressor was out. He then quoted me something like $1,500 to replace it. I told him I wasn't interested since the compressor was still under a 12 month warranty. There was a language barrier, but he seemed to understand what I was saying which is why I was confused why he tested the compressor. He left, and I ordered the replacement ice maker. Later that day, the fridge started humming. Humming loud enough to where sitting in the living room (adjacent to the kitchen) without the TV or anything on was annoying. I contacted the owner who told me explicitly he intended to do nothing to rectify the situation, and that the tech didn't work for him anymore. My only real recourse is to put a review on every site I can think of so that other consumers have more information when they decide to hire someone. read more

Poor service. Technician mis-diagnosed the problem. After the assumed repair, my Maytag washing machine was in the exact condition previous to the repair. $406 gone. The employees will give you the run around. They will not answer questions or assume responsibility. * I must say that after uncomfortable exchange of words, Elnur agreed to refund me $250. my loss wasn't as bad as I assumed it would be. I will now get a quote from another repair company and/or decide to purchase new. read more

The service was subpar, and I am not satisfied. We paid for parts for our oven since the oven-controlled board was replaced; however, when the technician left, the stove was still not working. The employees are giving us the round around by not sending another technician to complete the paid job. The company promised that a technician would be back out, but we have yet to see another person fix the issue. The integrity isn't where it is supposed to be. read more

I highly recommend Kaspi appliance repair company! This is a very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional business. I contacted Elnur from an online ad in Dallas a few days ago to help me orchestrate a washer/dryer repair in Houston. He was attentive and promised someone would help us once we arrived and within an hour, an amazing technician arrived named Parvin. It was hot in our daughter's apt. (AC broken) and Parvin worked late and even diagnosed that it was a voltage issue. Another tech (diff. Business) installed the unit and didn't catch that problem. Parvin was patient until the apt. maintenance team arrived to fix the voltage. He also was able to fix the front panel which kept falling off.
