UPDATE: EVEN WORSE A COMPLETE SCAM!!! The control board they replaced in my oven lasted only 2 months. I contacted them to come out and they said they'd go the next day, then completely no showed, and have since refused to respond. This was an expensive repair that lasted maybe 5 uses. Original Review: Had to pay way more than originally quoted to get my appliance fixed way later than quoted. Technician didn't listen to me originally and tried to charge me for appliances we decided to replace and which I had messaged telling him not to inspect. Then I got a quote for the oven, which I accepted. They said it would take 3-5 days to get the part and fix it. I had to wait for weeks, refunding my renters due to a non working oven. I ask the technician to double check the order because tracking shows no movement for 4 full days. He says sure. He doesn't. Instead the item arrives and it is the wrong part. I then get told I have to wait another 10 days. I ask that it be expedited at least to get there faster given the screw up. I get told I have to now pay more to get the replacement item. I ask why I'm paying more to get this repaired weeks later than the original quote, and I get no explanation. I ask for the supplier's info so I can call and at least request they cover that charge given it is their fault (according to the tech. I have a feeling the tech just ordered the wrong part). The tech says okay and that he'll do his best to get me the info. He then ignores my repeated requests for their number. When the new part arrives, he says he'll be there between 5 and 7 pm today and he no shows. Arrives at 8:15 pm, without giving notice he was running late (I had to ask where he was). After finishing he demands payment immediately. I ask if he can give the supplier info, and he now states he doesn't know who the supplier is, and demands I pay him immediately and claims it is too late for him to explain himself. This has been absurd. Between the weeks of delays, and the high cost of the repair itself, I would have been better off buying an entirely new range. I also have no clarification of what actually happened with the original part. And the only urgency the tech showed the entire time was for me to pay him. No urgency for the repair itself. Didn't bother checking the order. Didn't bother making sure it wasn't lost when it showed a tracking delay with no updates. No care that it was delayed again. No urgency to share supplier info or even tell me he coudn't get that info. read more

I requested a technician for a refrigerator repair. The technician sent was very unprofessional. He came without the proper tools and knew nothing about the appliance. He tried to upsell me on the repair and then claimed he couldn't even guarantee what he was going to do would fix the issue. After this horrible experience and denying service, since he clearly didn't know what he was doing... I was still charged an 85 dollar fee. read more
