We had a sewer backup issue affecting the back unit/ADU while also dealing with separate toilet issues in the front house. Mick responded quickly, diagnosed both problems efficiently, and got everything resolved the same day. The front house issue turned out to be worn toilet flappers from normal wear and tear.
