We've lived in this house for over 20 years. For the last 15 years we have had a pesky issue with the drains in our back yard. First I rented a 100 foot automatic feed "snake" from Home Depot. I ran the snake from the street and at least 10 different drains in our yard. No luck. I asked for referrals from our homeowner association and even the city FaceBook page. Each year I got the same result. Plumbers that said they could fix the problem but the only thing they fixed was their empty wallets. One year it got so bad that our downstairs was flooded. The only solution that worked to keep the water from flood levels was to run siphon hoses from the back yard to the street. This is the best plumbing company I've ever dealt with and the only one I want to deal with going forward. They responded to the original request quickly, laid out the options in clear language (and showed us on camera) to deal with the unexpected accompanying issues (what we thought was the problem ended up being a lot worse), and stayed past dark to finish what ended up being a three-day job so that they could have everything replaced before the rainstorm came. Their pricing was very competitive; for at least part of the job I know what others would have charged and they came way under that. They cleaned up after themselves, neatly replaced the dirt/plants they had to remove to reach some of the pipe, and made the other area look untouched.
