Even though they couldn't get the work done, the owner, Greg, still charged me $350 per faucet because it was "time spent." No compensation made for my scratched countertop nor damaged new faucets. When I pointed out the damage--right there on the spot--the plumber admitted he had to use a wrench that slipped and scraped the countertop. I even showed Greg photos proving the scratches weren't there before, but he kept insisting the damage was pre-existing. Instead of taking responsibility for damaging the brand-new faucets, the owner dismissed them as "cheap" and said they were "$30", which was both inaccurate and insulting. To make matters worse, they didn't even reinstall my old faucets, leaving me with a non-functional sink. I had to hire another plumber, who finished the job without any issues. I will add that the installation of the new faucets and angle stops in my guest bathroom and powder room were fine. I'm extremely disappointed and will never hire them again. I empathize with the difficulty of the faucets install in my master and just wanted them to acknowledge their error in damaging my countertop and new faucets, but instead, I received rude and insulting messages from owner. This company is careless, overcharges, and takes no responsibility for their mistakes.
