This place may be small, but it is amazing with food. Breakfast is phenomenal. Lunch is really good also.

Strawberries and Biscuits (Seasonal) Kate's Country Breakfast

My work friends wanted to plan a day to come here and was impatient because the moment I saw the strawberries and biscuits on the menu I had to go IMMEDIATELY small hometown feel vibe which I loved! The food was amazing and yummy! The potatoes were cooked perfectly, the serving size was perfect! Service was great as well! We will for sure be coming back here

Amazing service, food, and portion size. We got French toast, cinnamon French toast, Kate's breakfast with sausage and biscuits strawberries and biscuit and Rueben. All were delicious. The biscuits were better than had in a long time. Would recommend but there is a wait and food takes a minute but all fresh and worth the wait! Food was nice and hot also which I appreciate because I love hot food

Homecooked deliciousness. Sometimes service is slow and there's almost always a wait, but aren't the best things in life worth waiting for?

Today, I was not running late for the first time in ages so I decided to check it out and grab some treats for the ladies at the salon before my appointment. There were a couple of tables of patrons and no one waiting at the counter so I went right up to order. Almost immediately after I made my selection, it was like the floodgates opened and suddenly a pretty sizeable line was forming behind me. The casual vibe and decor are so welcoming and the staff are all smiles, even under pressure, so that alone made me happy I stopped in... but the food... oh my lord... I got cherry chocolate scones, Mexican chocolate cookies, and cranberry muffins. The scones were light and crumbly and the flavor was dynamic. The Mexican cookies had a delicate balance of cinnamon and chocolate with a crunchy topping of raw sugar that made each bite so lovely. The cranberry muffins were perfectly moist and delicious. The ladies at the salon lit up when they saw what I brought them and said they absolutely love their cafe menu for lunch as well, so I know I will be heading there after my appointment to grab a sandwich sometime soon!

If you're ok with hit or miss food quality-- this is your place. If you're ok with shady business…read morereputation or massive cost cutting-- this is your place. If you can tolerate rude owners and shady customer service then you'll love it here. READ THE REVIEWS. Some of the food is ok then you get something like THIS! See photo. That's SUPPOSED to be an order of hummus appetizer . They took it as a hummus SUGGESTION. I got home, opened this and broke out laughing. No bread to be found. I got my measuring spoons out and recorded 2 tsp of hummus. A handful of vegetables (for what?!) and they call this a $7 appetizer? I call it a blatant rip off. The cook knew this was a joke and sent it out anyway. HE KNEW! Bottom line: they don't care. The BLT tasted like they dipped the bacon strips in liquid smoke. Very unpleasant flavor. And I love bacon. I asked for mayo on the side and got sour cream. Another time ordered bacon skins. The bacon on the potato skins tasted fine. So not sure was going on there. Menu says comes with sour cream. Not this time. Had to eat them dry. They don't care. Ordered cheese quesadilla. Got home and had to throw it away. The tortilla was not browned at all. It was totally stuffed to the brim with raw onion and raw green pepper. (That's wasn't on the menu. It simply said cheese quesadilla) And it's gross. Plus an orange blob of unidentified cheese. No salsa. But this time I got the sour cream! Then these folks wonder why I don't tip online. Because you never get it right!! You're rolling dice ordering take out here. But I'm done.

So I gave Flatrock Leo's another shot but sadly I was very disappointed. The bathroom was filthy…read more There was a bad ring in the toilet and all the touch surfaces were obviously dirty. My feet were sticking to the floor. I ordered chicken fingers which were good but the fries were terrible. They tasted old not even ketchup or ranch would help. My daughter had fish and chips. Her fries were bad too. The coleslaw was like liquid. The coffee tasted old or burnt. We did have a slice of their pumpkin roll which was good. The staff was friendly and did a good job overall. I don't think I'll return due to the cleanliness.

Leo's Coney Island - This is supposed to be an order of hummus appetizer for $7 or $8. I got him and used a measuring spoon. 2tsp of hummus and NO BREAD.
